Completely renovated in May 2019 with all new furniture, 2 smart TV’s with owner paid for WiFi and cable tv. All new stainless steel oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and DVD player.
Condo features stunning ocean view from balcony, family room, dining area and kitchen.
Complex includes an indoor pool,
huge sun deck, 3 elevators, game room, security guards and one parking space.

We had a great trip and will be back!
The Irene itself is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Less than 5 minutes from the time you lock the unit door to the time your feet are in the water. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning. We liked being about a 20 minute drive from the Boardwalk. (Accessible for an afternoon but without the crowds otherwise.) Things to know, that we are accustomed to in rentals: you have to bring your own sheets and towels, the kitchen has the basics so you may want to bring a few extras if you plan to cook a lot. (We always bring a cookie sheet, big frying pan, and good kitchen knife.) There is a weekly parking fee you pay when you arrive. We were checking out on a Monday and with no one right behind us, they graciously offered to delay our check out by a few hours so we could enjoy the beach a little extra.

A Beautiful Stay
We been coming to OC for years, but this is 1st since 2018. Usually stay in a nearby high rise, but this was a nice substitute. Kids are older so it seemed different, but overall a great week away.

Very clean and updated. Parking space next to beach. Two balconies. Lots of space and beds for a 2 bedroom. Liked the indoor pool although wished for a beach side outdoor pool.

Great place.. Just a couple items
Very nice place inside the condo.. we were told the parking permit was $40 but turned out to be $60. Just be prepared, we heard others questioning this upon checking in. Neighbors’ door is literally at the head of the master bed and they kept slamming the doors at all hours. Very nice but could some updates in the bathrooms for the price.
