Best location, and best view on the boardwalk. Nearly in the middle of the boards and a unique angle of the building gives you a great viev of the ocean as well as being able to see toward the inlet from your balcony (on the higher floors).

Everything about this place was fantastic however, we felt that our ocean front suite could’ve been a little more spacious. Especially for what we paid. Guess you’re paying for the view which was unbelievable. With that said, I’d 100% recommend Commander!

Property is right on the boardwalk. Room was clean but a little small.

Parking was not available on the hotel property which should have been advertised as such. I would not have booked there if I had known. The maid service was horrible. They did not replenish toilet paper nor did they fold the sheets and blanket used on the pull out couch. Literally left them in a pile on the beds that were full of sand. Attitude from the front desk staff was unreal. And to round it out, the AC units all cut off if the humidity level gets too high in the hotel... so sleeping in a hot room was the end result. Terrible and I will never go back there again.

The property is old. I paid for a beautiful room and received and old dated room. The pull out couch bed was nothing but springs. I paid over $300 for a one night stay when the room was worth $150. You gave me a lousy $50 credit and I accepted at the time because your agent had me on the phone for about an hour, further adding to our horrible room experience. I paid for the new room that the hotel didn't have available for me and my family. We made the best of my husband's birthday.

The room was fine. Kitchen was great except for the coffee pot. You added a cup of water and git no more than 1/2 cup when done! The parking is terrible. There are spaces under each bldg. but very few given the no. of rooms they have. So we had to walk about 2 blocks and cross the 4 lane highway to get to one lot or a block and 1/2 to the other lot. We're in our 70s and the walk twice a day was a lot.

Thank you for staying with us! We do apologize for the inconvenience of the parking. We do supply plenty of free parking for all our guests. We also have paid parking in our lot and the lot next door, for convenience. Parking is definitely an issue for all of the downtown Ocean City properties, however, in return, you have our prime location to the beach and boardwalk. Thanks so much for your review and comments!

Our room was not cleaned once in the 4 days we were at the hotel. I called to request towels and wash clothes twice during our stay and they brought them to the room and didn’t take the old ones. The linens were not changed nor were the beds made up the entire time we were at the hotel. I was very displeased with my stay.
