We stayed at the hotel right before memorial day kickoff in may 2023. Loved the easy checkin, the side view balcony and quietness. My only com0laint was loveseat in room was dirty and needed replaced.

Housekeepers didn’t clean my room or left me towels. I had to go to the front desk and ask for some towels. Indoor pool the water was cold.

They charge 200 extra fee without letting me in advance when the website never mention and they couldn’t proved me with a paper that said there’s a 200 hold. They were very unhelpful and now they told me they will not charge people 200 on there card that they will tell people Whos booking with Expedia to go to atm and get cash and leave 200 inside envelope . After I was complaining others heard me and started question them. If there was a deposit it should’ve been taken out when I first book not an extra charge after waiting hours to get checked in
