Cons: Upgrade the area around the elevator. And get rid of the ugly curtains in the lobby.
From the time we entered the hotel to the time we was do to leave. I was was pleased. The lady at the front desk fixed my request quickly and put me in my room within 5 minutes. Love the room, the view and the privacy. Only two problems I had with the hotel. One) the bed was uncomfortable. But I'm use to sleeping on hard beds. Two) touch of Italy was not that great do to oppositions. Other than these two stupid reasons I love the hotel.

this is a Holiday inn? seriously?Posted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: It does have a indoor pool, but its tiny.
Location: well its in midtown on 66th street, the boardwalk ends on 28th, so if your looking to be where the action is dont book here.
Maybe im a little out of date? I always thought Holiday inn was one of the best! Boy i was wrong, this hotel is run down, the side of the hotel i was on garden rooms the whole side of the building is sinking into the ground, i mean the floor is leaning. the digital key system doesnt work all the time. it takes almost 15 minutes to get hot water, and im on the first floor!

Great price nice restaurantPosted Oct 23, 2015
Pros: The certificate for food was a gift card and allowed me to use it for dinner and for breakfast the next day. I tipped well and used my gift card.
Cons: Nothing it was Oceanfront and a really nice room. It was only me but I would have been able to take my family and spend 2-3 days and nights.
Location: I stayed at the hotel but ate at the restaurant, the beach was 50 yards away and there were plenty of golfers staying so courses were near.
Needed a room at the last minute and went on Expedia and found that the Holiday In fit my needs and budget. I added the breakfast to my room and still was way under budget.

Big-name hotel. On the beachPosted Oct 15, 2015
It was an okay experience. Perfectly satisfying. If that's all you're looking for then this is the place for you. If you need updated, modern, sharp decor and facilities, look elsewhere. The TV and lights flickered on and off whenever we moved too much on the bed (so some kind of electrical short in the outlets which are located behind the headboard). And the decor was right out of 1990. But the linens and towels were very clean and crisp. And the staff was helpful if a little odd. Great Italian restaurant in lobby.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here and absolutely love it and will be the only place we'd stay while visiting and have recommended it to others and they have said the same nice things too, until next time we'll be missing your place. Chris annd Sue

Nice hotel on the beach away from BoardwalkPosted Sep 26, 2015
Pros: Indoor pool and pool on the beach
Cons: Better communication between Expedia Hotel and Resturant.
Location: Plenty of great restaurants, shopping and sight seeing.
Thank you for your interest in our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Ocean city Md. I can say that the hotel , staff and location , for us were as expected. We did experience one hiccup. On booking our trip we opted to pre pay for breakfast. Unfortunately the server and the front desk were insistent that we only prepaid for a portion of there breakfast price. We insisted that prepaying meant just that. I was told that we should mention this to Expedia. Sooo. This did set the mood for the rest of our trip. I do not appreciate drama, especially on vacation.
