The hotel was at a perfect walking distance from the boardwalk. Parking was easy and accessible. There were also a lot of dining options near that were not directly on the boardwalk.
The room itself was fine. It was clean and the balcony was great. The balconies are very close to each other so keep in mind you don’t have much privacy when it comes to that. However, the shower fixture (to turn the shower on and off, hot and cold) gave us a very difficult time as it was broken. We’d have to put great pleasure to get it to turn on or off or get it to the temperature we wanted. At one point, I was unable to turn it off so my partner had to mess with it for a few minutes. On the last day, we couldn’t turn it on at all.
Also, whatever they were using to clean the lobby, elevator and other floors smelled disgusting. The smell was so potent that in the elevator we had to cover our noses with our shirts and in the lobby we had to hurry away. This was only when they were cleaning.
