It is a very small walk to the inlet parking which is good for Cruisin' week if you don't want to pay for parking.

A gem that is quite w/water @ your doorstep & just a block from boardwalk; u wouldn’t even know there r crowds around if u never left the property.

Asked for a handicap room and did not get one. Room was so small and had a hard time with a handicap person. Will not stay again if wife comes since we need a handicap room. She is in wheelchair and cannot stand.

Terrible stay.
The hotel is outdated. The rooms were ok, the beds were made and clean. The fridge had left over food from a previous person. The walls are so thin that you can hear people upstairs walking and just being noisy. The night we stayed people were partying all night with loud music, so we couldn’t even sleep, and heard people upstairs having sex. We have children, it got so bad we had to stay some where else. Other than that the parking is great, location is great next to the in let. I would not recommend this place, if you do try to be on the second floor and not the first. At least it won’t be too bad. We stayed on the first floor and it was horrible experience staying there. Friendly staff though, they were willing to give us another room, but it was 2 rooms down from us and that wasn’t going to change anything from people partying outside .

I booked this property, sight unseen, based on Expedia reviews. If I had seen this property prior to booking, I would not have booked. The area around the hotel is fine, no issues there, but the hotel room was TINY. There was not even room for a chair in the room. The bathroom was also TINY, so small I could not bend over the sink to wash my face and I am only 5'2". There was a chair out on the balcony, but there were so many smokers out there, regardless of the time of day, that I could not sit outside. The room was bright as day all night. There is no shade, curtain, or otherwise over the windows in the door. The door is either rotted at the bottom or lacks weather stripping, because there is a huge gap at the bottom of the door. The carpeting on the walkway outside is filthy. They would be better served to simply take up the carpeting. The carpet inside the room is badly stained. The room was clean and the bed was made. The young man who checked us in was polite, no issues there. However, as previously stated, if I had seen the room before booking, I would not have.

The people that work here are super nice. The room was clean and pleasant even though it was small. I like the location because it’s right at the inlet and close to the boardwalk. However, there’s no heat, just A/C so it’s chilly on off season nights. There are also exterior lights that shine into some rooms so it’s bright as day in the middle of the night. The rates as reasonable but some things could be improved easily.
