A nice week at the beachPosted Jul 5, 2013
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Kitchen utensils, AC
Location: The beach at the hotel was cute for little kids and the ocean is seriously 5 minutes away
We had an amazing view of the bay! The kitchen was very small and barely any utensils. The trip started off with the refrigerator not working but maintenance fixed it quickly. The AC did not work very well but the bay breeze was amazing. Overall this was a great price for a great location. The maintenance, front desk and housekeeping staff are very nice and really made the trip great.

Summer vacation 2013Posted Jul 5, 2013 on Hotels
My family stayed at Princess Bayside for summer vacation. This was our second time staying here. We loved it! It's located at 48th St which is close to the board walk. The hotel has it's own private beach on the bayside and you can take a short walk across the street to the beach. Rooms are huge! We had the double queen with a sofa and kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice Bayfront Hotel Near Ocean Too!Posted Jul 2, 2013
Pros: Customer Service, bayfront location, clean.
Cons: Need a hot tub near the pool and better pool ambience.
Location: Nice location, away from the boardwalk fray but not far from 45th street plaza shopping center, Dumsers Dairy Land, etc
Good times. Only wish that the Rooftop Pool had a hot tub and was a little better decorated. Also wish we could have checked in prior to 4pm.

Close to all must-see sightsPosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels
The hotel was amazing, and so was the staff. The bar is a lot of fun and friendly. The indoor pool was very clean and heated. We enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back.

Great hotel for a quick overnight stayPosted Jun 29, 2013 on Hotels
This was the perfect spot for a quick overnight stay at the beach. My two little girls thought it was just so cool to stay anywhere with the name "Princess" in it. The room are big and clean and comfortable (except for the pillows - if you like a soft pillow, bring your own!). Lots of parking. We walked a block to eat dinner - really well located right in the the middle of O.C.

Nice location, old furniture, not for familiesPosted Jun 25, 2013
Pros: The hotel personnel is friendly
Cons: @management: the room allocation policy should discriminate between families with children and people that just come to party ...
If you have a family and you want to sleep during the nights do not go to this hotel. Some of the people staying there would go out by around 10 pm and would return at 3 am in the morning and you would hear them because they were making a LOT of noise, banging doors, yelling and speaking loudly, screaming, playing soccer on the corridors with cans of beers, etc. in other words disturbing the entire hotel... When eventually arriving, the hotel security personnel was inefficient and disconsiderate using their walkie- talkie devices with the volume turned at maximum … and unfortunately for us – this has happened for almost every night we spent at this hotel. Otherwise the hotel personnel is friendly and they are trying to be helpful, unfortunately the furniture, safe boxes, electrical devices are old and need to be updated...

Conveinent to all sightsPosted Jun 24, 2013 on Hotels
Hotel was nice, but the tv volume was distorted when a male was talking could not understand. People were slamming doors all hours of the night on the floor we were on. It was our wedding anniversary and we left at 7:00am Friday, because my wife had heard enough of the noise.

Enjoyed the UpgradePosted Jun 18, 2013
Pros: see above
Cons: see above
Location: see above
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who offered us a complimentary upgrade that moved us from a regular room, to a suite/kitchenette with a balcony and a beautiful view of the bay! That being said, the balcony wasn't clean (it was sticky from something being spilled all over it), the sliding door to the balcony didn't lock (until you messed around with it), and the fridge froze everything in it. When we left, we reported it, I just think nobody had mentioned these things needed repaired. I loved the heated indoor pool and the outdoor pool on the roof! Beautiful pics of bay sunset from there. Also, great location next to SEACRETS! All in all, we enjoyed our stay, I have it recommended to others, and we will stay there again!

Beautiful view in efficiency room with balconyPosted Jun 15, 2013
Pros: The full kitchen The tempurpedic mattresses The balcony view Private beach access
Cons: Some complimentary breakfast!
Location: The two best places nearby are Seacrets and the beach. We couldn't walk much of anywhere else!
My friend and I enjoyed the efficiency room with private beach access and balcony. Beautiful view. The kitchen was very accommodating and the tempurpedic mattresses gave us the comfort of our beds at home. While all the staff was friendly, our room wasn't as clean as we had hoped. Nonetheless, our experience was rather pleasant, and we would stay here again or recommend to a friend.
