No coffee machine, microwave at the ground floor in the lobby, no table in the room. Very basic accommodation.

Horrible and would not stay again

Horrible the room was dirty, they never came to clean room, we had to ask for clean towels everyday, no elevator to help with getting your stuff upstairs and with a baby its very hard going up and down with a stroller, and no AC thoughtout the building besides your room. The only good part was it was on the boardwalk and in a good location, but otherwise would not stay again.

Old hotel they're knocking it down in two months

Old hotel no central air no elevator staff was very nice though They are aware of their problems and knocking it down to build a new one in two months

Great balcony that sits on the boardwalk.

Pros: It is right on the boardwalk!
Cons: Parking is tough.
Location: The boardwalk, shops, food, rides.
Great staff! Wonderful customer service. They were available anytime we needed them.

The location is great. But the bed was so hard and load. My husband had to pick up the trash everyday. The room service was awful. Save your money and go somewhere else. The location is not that good.

Bad services and tiny room

Cons: Better customer services
Hotel severs were very rude and slow. They only gave one bath towel for our family of four. We asked them three times before we finally got our bath towels two hour later. Room is very small, same size as a walkin clsoset. We have to deposit $10.00 for TV remote control. Never hard of this.

The hotel is more like someone home it is nice if you don't plan on staying too much time in the room and only looking for somewhere to sleep and shower.

Pros: the staff was nice
Cons: spend a little money and fix up the place a little, even the television did not come in good.
Location: love the putt putt golf that was near by and all you can eat seafood places.
I did not like that the pool was not right at the hotel and I did not like that the only balcony that we could use was locked at night time.

Mistake

Booked a two night get away, hotel is right on the boards. That was only plus. Very dated and not clean anywhere, limited parking at hotel and very tight. AC window units was in the bathroom. Towels like hand towels, shower had no pressure, pool was a block away, staff tried their best. Said the building is going to be tore down soon and rebuilt. Checked this one off return list for sure
