Ok hotel, close to beach and boardwalk

Posted Aug 23, 2016
The room smelled really bad. There was dirt on the floor. Good air conditioning. Close to board walk and beach. Small pool but nice. Staff didnt know where towels were to give us more.

Close to the beach

Posted Aug 9, 2016
Close to the beach and night life of the board walk. The actual room wasn't great. It reeked of must. The shower was either ice cold or burning hot. The beds weren't that comfortable and the comforters were crap. The wifi didn't work. For price and location I would possibly book again.

Not worth the money

Posted Aug 5, 2016
My girlfriend and I chose the sea breeze hoping it was a hidden gem for the price compared to surrounding hotels. The sea breeze was anything but a gem. The only positive comment I have for the hotel is the front desk girl who's name was Joy. Joy was very pleasant and helpful even though she said she wasn't from the area. Joy still managed to help us anyway she could. As for the hotel...the room includes free wifi internet which was non-existent. One of the blankets on the bed had a large hole in it. The room smelt very stale and there was an obvious sent of cigarettes even though it was advertised as a non smoking room. The bathroom did not have a clean look or feel to it. The shower had soap scum on the tiles and the grout was a dingy brown. The bathroom sink faucet did not have an aerator. The moment you turned the water on it would spray all over the place and end up on the floor. This made washing your hands or brushing your teeth very frustrating. Last but not least! THE HOTEL RAN OUT OF TOWELS!!! I don't know how this happens but it's unacceptable. A normal hotel should stock enough towels for every room to have an extra if needed. We had to wait several hours or until the next day to get more towels. Steer clear of the Sea Breeze everyone. Spend a few more dollars and enjoy a much more pleasant experience.

Conveniently located but terrible.

Posted Jul 11, 2016
Pros: Located directly across the street from the beach,
Cons: Everything needs improvement.
Location: Everything is within walking distance.
This was absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room had a terrible oder that hits you as soon as you walk in to the room. The hotel is outdated and it shows. The pillow was....ok, I still have to laugh about this one because I below they stuff two cloth in the pillow and that's what we got.

Girls Weekend-Great Place To Stay!

Posted Jun 6, 2016
Pros: Location, Clean, Staff
Cons: signing the "no visitors after 9pm" rule was a bit much. I get it for the graduates that are staying there, but we were mid 30 year old women.
Location: Beach 1 block, Boardwalk 1 block, de Lazy Lizard 1 block, Fishtales 20 blocks (great walk), Nathans hotdogs are right across the street and open late.
Great location - one block from the beach, one block to de Lazy Lizard (awesome cheap happy hours), one block to boardwalk. Great room - clean, smelled good, tv worked great, mini fridge, microwave, desk, shower only no tub which is fine if you don't have babies with you, walls seem a little thin (it was also senior week and there were some graduates next door). Staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi didn't seem to be working with the code they gave us. They said they have had issues and just switched companies. The rate was very cheap and it was well worth it. I will be returning to this place with my children or future girl weekends.
