Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Bring your extended family or large group of friends together for a memorable beach vacation at this this unique, completely renovated, waterfront property. There are two cottages as well as a two story building with two apartments offering plenty of living space and privacy for up to 34 guests. Enjoy fun-filled down on the nearby beach and serene evenings relaxing on the furnished balconies. Each rental comes with two TVs, cable, and free WiFi. What's nearby: There are several restaurants, beach shops, and miniature golf courses within walking distance of these homes. The Tanger Outlets are just a short drive to West Ocean City for a fun day of shopping, and the Ocean City Boardwalk runs from 27th Street down to the inlet for days of family entertainment. It will be easy for your large group to enjoy sand and the surf with the beach only three blocks east! Things to know: Free WiFi Shared, coin-operated laundry facilities Full kitchens with dishwashers Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Close to plenty of attractions, stores, and restaurants. Roomy and plenty of beds. The neighboring pond was an unexpectedly pleasant feature. Also a lovely view of the bay from unit A. Cleanliness of the common areas was so-so. But we understand rentals like this can attract large, messy groups and it can be hard to clean up after. Was messaged the day of arrival 1 unit was not available because it was under constructions. Was promised a refund. Only received partial. The bunk beds shook which was a safety issue because the kids couldn’t sleep on the top in fear it would collapse from the weight. Due to bunk bed issue, I had to have my kids sleep with me on a king bed that sunk in the middle. The doors would not lock. The neighborhood wasn’t safe. The area and units have potential. But the property needs work. I have called several times and the customer service was not willing to support.
