Hotel is undergoing renovation. Our room and floor was fine. Rooms are small but, you are here in South Beach to be outside. Beds were comfortable. We were there during spring break and I thought the street noise would keep me awake but it wasn't too bad. Friendly and helpful hotel staff.
Very big room. Nice pool free drinks. Right in the heart of south beach.
Amazing location. Great staff. A bit loud and thin walls, but fine.
Perfect location!!! Loved it here. The rooms could've been a bit nicer but you're never really in the room anyway. Overall, great experience and will be staying here again in the future
Checkin was a breeze and the location was perfect for what I wanted
The Pelican is perfect location on Ocean Drive and South Beach. The front desk staff are immensely helpful--shoutout to Chris. The rooms are as to be expected on Ocean Drive, but the one thing we didn't expect was that it would be impossible to sleep until the bars/clubs nearby close. If you are ...
This hotel is at the beginning of Ocean Dr strip, staff was friendly and efficient. There's no bar inside the hotel itself but it has its own restaurant attached and food there is pretty good and the drinks are large.
Great location and a beautiful art deco masterpiece. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Looking forward to coming back. Great food at the hotel's restaurant.
Check in with Claudio was simple and helpful. Room was a nice size for the king bed and quiet on the top floor. Very clean with nice products supplied in the bathroom. Perfect location right next to Mangos and a block south of Clevelander
First time in south beach definitely coming back! The people are awesome and super helpful! The room was clean and had a lot of space for my friends and I. Miami music week is the time to be visiting Miami!
We requested to be moved to a different room because of the location of it to the outside door. After a few hours they were able to do this for us. The air conditioner in the rooms were a bit loud but they worked very well. Overall everything was very nice and would stay again. Unfortunately Hurricane ...
Simply Wonderful! I loved this hotel and the staff. 100% professional customer service
Very nice Hotel, close to everything a very clean.
The hotel location is great. Updates currently underway which will make a really nice hotel. However, parking is a mess and valet is only option but you can't find them... Watch out for restaurant vultures out front. They tried to be nice and ended up offending our party... And we paid for that.
The room was not properly cleaned. The first day There was no feet towel, on the 2nd night they didn't supply toiletress. The bathroom door was not clean Well
Staff extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. Appeared to be the most popular place on South Beach. Not a place for sleeping and rest but overall cool spot.
Great location. Our unit had a balcony with a great view and the balcony was nice to sit out on. Hotel is run by management company who provide housekeeping services, etc and those services are provided at limited hours (at least during our post spring break stay). We had a pull-out sleeper sofa ...
Great staff and super helpful. Good location. Good price as well
beach - party - barely clothed woman...lots of alcohol - not for kids or elderly
