“Our room was clean and stocked with all we needed. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Parking was great. Used the parking lot till a spot under in the garage was open then moved so easier to pack up. Air conditioning was perfect on this hot weekend. Loved there was a connected bar/restaurant we could go to late at night or when it was raining. It was a great weekend.”

“So. I booked a guest room that was supposed to be a “family suite”. I got there and it was the smallest two room with three beds ever. No room for ANYTHING. Closet smelled like mold, fan in the room didn’t work. AC was terrible. I booked for guests through Expedia, which showed up on their end as threee (mistake on Expedias end) and the front desk guy hunted us down and was so rude and threatened to trespass us because I was trying to figure out why it only said 3 guests when I booked for 7 for……

“Went down for a night for our annual father’s day weekend at Pt. pleasant… first time my son and I stayed there and were looking to do one more weekend this summer if we can figure out when. The front desk was so friendly and helpful, we didn’t take advantage of the pool but next time we will.
