Lots of smoke from the casino. Thermostat was set to 86 degrees when we arrived making our room rather uncomfortable and unbearable upon arrival.

Our second stay here while on house-hunting excursions. Staff is super friendly, especially servers and bar tenders in the bar. Rooms clean, food delicious. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nice room but not worth the room rate

A decent place to stay but expect more for the price. 3 star quality at 4 star prices. Will book elsewhere next time.

Lacking Customer Service...

I had emailed the hotel two weeks before my stay and didnt recieve a response about any of my inquires. The hotel staff were very impersonal but the casino employees were very pleasant.

Room was nice and view of ocean great

Pros: The room and food.
Cons: A different way to our room.
Location: Location on the beach was great.
The price was great for the nice room and view of the ocean. The food and room service was great. The only draw back was taking the elevator on the other side of the hotel to our room. Having to pass by the smoked filled casino area and food bar to an area where the workers were in and out was different. As soon as we arrived on the 3rd floor it was very nice. It was like 2 different hotels and experience. Over all experience was nice and loved the board walk to the beach!

Bad experience

Room smelled bad. Odor was coming from the A.C. unit. Didn't get much sleep.

No customer service

There were 3 seperate occasions of rude employees. The front desk (if you booked with Expedia) the valets (if you’re not using them) and the hostess at Emily’s restaurant. The place smells of smoke from the time you walk in but the rooms do not. There was a fire alarm set off bringing in firefighters but no communication with the guest. I would not stay here again.

Good hotel experience but crappy meal at Emily's

Pros: The rooms are nice but a little pricey for a casino.
Cons: The restaurant food and their PR.
Location: Good location if you come to gamble and walk on the beach. Shopping and other entertainment you will find in Ocean Shores which is just a short drive.
Room was what we expected, nice and cozy. Hotel staff were great! But, what a disappointment we had in Emily's!! The food came to us cold and withered! Tried to contact the restaurant management 3 separate times with no response! As a customer I was only disappointed with the restaurant food and management's lack of PR. As a travel agent I could recommend the stay but definately not the restaurant!
