You get what you pay for (maybe)

My room had a broken coffee pot, no toilet paper holder, a broken chair, the light switch by the door didn't do anything, there was a huge gap above the door that connected to the next room(which was unoccupied but had the tv on loudly), there was no phone cord, the bed was uncomfortable, i killed 2 roaches and a large beetle and the key had to be recoded three times. The staff responded to all my requests but handed me the phone cord rather than installing it. Breakfast was typical.

First room had beds slept in by hotel staff, second had feces, our final room was mold infested pigstye. Decent trap house to find drugs I'm sure, not good for much else

Any port in a storm

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: too numerous to mention...needs a complete makeover
Location: Lots of restaurants in Ocean Springs and across the bridge, you have the casinos in Biloxi and Gulfport.
Got this motel due to evacuating from Hurricane Irma. Room was not the cleanest, saw cockroaches in my daughter's room. Beds were old and creaky. This place needs some serious remodeling. The staff was nice, they tried their best to be accommodating. Would I stay here again? Only if it was the last resort, just like this time...

I appreciate your feedback, We are undergoing complete renovations, We were actually supposed to get the new furniture and carpet last week, unfortunately Hurricane Irma hit and we had to post pone our remodeling for a future date, I do hope you give us a second chance and come check out our complete makeover THANK YOU -- MANAGEMENT

My 1st night I paid expedia for the stay. The next day I find a charge from the hotel itself. Other then that the hotel stay was okay.

Disappointing

Manager was rude. I didnt stay the night that i paid for the room smelt of strong moldand the coffeepot had fungus growing in it

Nasty room 227

Room nasty, smelled, coffee pot was dirty, curtains were hanging sideways, lamp shades hanging on crooked, shower rod was rusty. I have pictures.

Your 1st review you posted you complained of check in process and stated that your room was nice and quiet, then you changed your story when you realized the staff was training, so you changed your comment to not liking the room but still stayed 2 nights without a complaint --

Wonderful hotel

Pros: Friendly, clean, wonderful staff, quite also!
Cons: They are terrific the way they are!
Location: We spent the time checking out my birthplace. I am 62 years old and this was my first time back! I enjoyed the area so much!
Expedia got us rooms at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay the rest of the week. Denise, went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of! I would recommend this hotel to my best friends! Wonderful hotel!!!

Close to the casinos and Ocean Springs is great!

The hotel location was great! Conveniently situated close to the casinos right across the bridge. Ocean Springs is a very nice, clean and laid back city. Also very close to fast food establishments as well as cafes and lounges. Wonderful location. The beds need improvement, they are very worn. The room overall could be cleaned a little better. Random hair left in and around the tub and a few bugs at he sink. They Tvs could use some upgrading but it was a comfy room overall.

Close to casinos

Microwave but Missing fridge. Clean room. Breakfast horrible. Morning staff rude. Night lady was nice.

We are currently under New Management and have all new fridges, coffee pots, and microwaves on order. We would have gladly brought you a fridge if needed. Our Breakfast meets Wyndham guidelines plus we have the make your own waffle machine.

Not a family friendly hotel

We arrived at the hotel and against our better judgement went ahead and checked in. On our way to our room we were approached about by another occupant who offered to sell us drugs (we had three children with us under the age of 10). Once we arrived at the room we found the room to be dirty, the coffee pot still had old coffee in it along with mold. The staff was horrible when we told them we didn't want to stay and became a nightmare to deal with. We did not stay we packed back up and left. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone
