"The view of the Manhattan skyline was spectacular from our corner room on the 38 floor Unfortunately the pool has been closed that was a disappointment and their were also some hefty extra charges upon arrival for incidentals Good location"

"This was my second time staying at the Hyatt Grand Central location in New York. It’s the perfect location, right next to Grand Central terminal, making transportation so easy. The hotel room itself was very clean. I plan on coming back again in the future."

"Place was super clean which is what matters to me most. I will say, I was disappointed in the breakfast. The breakfast were only pastries that sat out until they were gone. Silly thing, but would have been nice to have something that actually could sustain you for a few hours. Other than that, property was nice. The rooms are way smaller than shown in pictures. My room had a window that just faced another room, so after a few days, I felt claustrophobic in a tiny, windowless room. Great stay for maybe a day or two."

"BUYER BEWARE. I put blame on both Hotels.com and on the hotel itself for introducing extra mandatory junk fees. Yes as a customer I understand you have to read the fine print. I have been using Hotels.com for over a decade. I have gotten accustomed to finding a deal and buying. This is the first time they have allowed a hotel to include additional “mandatory” fees and they blame the customer for not reading the fine print. This is predatory. Broken trust with Hotels.com. Shame on the hotels.com for including “mandatory” fee for crap I don’t want. "
