bad hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Staff was not pleasant. The parking is terrible and there is a bad smell in the parking lot. When you turn on the air in the room the smell comes in the room. Halls and outside are is not clean, security doors are propped open and people talking loudly outside.

The most stinky place I have ever stayed in

Pros: The staff was very friendly and attempted to switch me room but were on able to but the had their house keeping make the room smell better.
Cons: The place would have to remove the carpet and paint the walls to get rid of that smell and disinfectant their bed bug problem.
Location: Yes the location was convenient
The room smelled like pee and the shower head made a water mess all over the floor. I tried to mask the smell with carpet cleaner but it did not work. As I un-packed my belonging to wash them my husband found a bed bug on my clothes. I am freaking out and praying it was only one bug that tagged along with me and my daughter. I am freaking out...

Close to fwy, restaurants & stores

Came into town to go to my cousicousins wedding .Staff was friendly & helpful. Would diffently stay here again.

Just what you'd expect at a hotel for this price.

Pros: Conveniently located. Quick easy check-in. Good price
Cons: Could be cleaner\ updated. Especially pool area.
Location: Lots of shopping nearby. Went to an Italian restaurant just on the other side of the freeway called "Spiritos". Best Italian I've had in California!
Hotel was nice enough, nothing to write home about. Pool and hot tub area looked a little dirty but we actually used the hot tub and water was nice even though it looked a little green. I think the concrete needs to be redone. Entire pool area could use a though deep cleaning and\or update\painting. Room was OK, had a little aroma but my wife says that about every hotel.

THIS HOTEL HAS BEDBUGS! My mother had to call the desk downstairs and tell them she found one in her bed. And they changed our room. But when i woke up the following day in our new room i had bites on me! It was very inconvenient for us! We had to throw out our suitcases! And wash as soon as we got home! The staff is rude! The both rooms we stayed in were very dirty! Our bed sheets had stains, just like the curtains, and towels. The blow dryer in my room didn't work. My key kept malfunctioning i had to keep going down to the lobby to fix it in order to get in my room. I will never stay there again when I visit my husband on base!!

It was a nice hotel. We stood for 1 night took my family. Staff was super nice. No complaints.

mixed feelings

The young lady in the kitchen/ breakfast area was friendly and very hard working. however the room was quite small for the number of people staying at the hotel. It was overcrowded and everyone was waiting for the waffle machine, should really think about getting 2 machines and relocating breakfast area to a larger room.In addition the common areas looked really dirty and neglected. The rooms them selves were also a bit dirty with the carpets stained and smelled a little musty. The window looked out onto the balcony of the neighboring unit so we had to keep the curtain closed the whole time. The area was very centralized lots of places to eat and places to pick up things that may have been forgotten. WiFi was weak in room and gave out constantly, don't bother with Netflix or other streaming services.
