Half roll toilet paper and had to ask for more. No paper towels. Roaches in pots and pans. Refrigerator leaked and no way to Clean it. No broom or mop. Always had to wait for new towels. Never could get house keeping to come. Couldn’t sleep at night cause of the Margariaville. Should have been noted. Bed pillows are beyond Used! And the bed sheets were used u can tell not washed. Over all bad experience.

The checkin was poor. A detailed orientation was not provided. I had to ask questions to get answers. The room needs to be renovated. Nice location but the shower was in a deplorable conditions and furniture is ancient, lighting fixtures didn’t work. The property is in a convenient location and the view from the room were beautiful.

Unfortunately, there’s a sofa that was very dirty with exposed sponge from the holes in cushions. The futon was also filthy and very low to the ground.

This was not our first visit to this property and we were always very satisfied. Although we definitely felt safe and loved the convenience and the courteous staff, we can't say the same for the same for the accommodation. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the dated furnishings and the old and dangerous range, dirty sticky refrigerator and dilapidated window dressings The a/c was not producing enough cooling throughout the rooms. The earth shaking noise from the sound system on Sat from 7pm till 2 am was absolutely horrific!!

This is my second stay at this property and both experience were horrible. The room i got was not cleaned, the toilet in the bathroom was not flushed and had filth in it. The shower didnt work, pretty much nothing worked in the room. Everything made noise. Lizard filth was all over the place and it was badly in need of a renovation. This place should not be collecting money from people.

The best part of this stay was the personnel, who remained polite and was not defensive when faced with my complaints. The apartment (68), was very dated. It was HOT with one ac unit that served tbe bedroom only. There was a part of the closet that was sagging and seemed about to fall. There was no coffee maker- I had to resort to tea which I do not fancy. The apartment was definitely disappointing and the worse i have stayed at. 5pm an attendant came to "sterilise" the pool despite several guests including children making protests. Her response was that she was leaving and no one would be available to sterilise the pool. We were advised to use it in 2 hours. The redeeming grace...the surroundings. The place is near everything especially nice beaches.

Each apt is privately owned. Our room was charming but everything was old - AC only in the bedroom and blew down onto the head of the bed. Very clean - but never updated . great view but beach access was difficult. Lovely staff.

The Manager made error and gave my original room with the beach view to another customer as she told me. Then placed me in a room with street view and waste product(looking like feces) were seen on the walls that leaked down from the room above and on the balcony. I took photos. When asked for a refund it was declined by the manager. . No wifi for our entire stay and no TV nothing worked. I stayed at Fisherman's Point for over 14 years and I will never go back

The interior of property was nothing like what was listed on the website. Everything was old and worn. The cable service did not work and there were roaches. This the second unit that I was placed in since the first one was even worse.

unhappy with the rooms that were provided, no air conditioning in first room, second room had no hot water and tv did noy work, and was informed that the room was used for worker's meetings, all in all, did not get what i paid for.

The room we stayed in overlooked the port and Oceans 11. The noise was incredible from the music welcoming the cruisers all day to the blaring music from karaoke or the DJ at oceans 11 in the evening. The unit itself was ok. It took about 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower, and the spray was weak. The AC unit is in the bedroom and does cool the whole place. Several windows are closed only with plantain shutters, no glass. The kitchen has 4 plates, some cups, some forks, spoons and one sharp knife. A tea kettle and a few sauce pans but nothing else. I don’t think the oven worked (or maybe we couldn’t figure it out). We had to ask for towels on arrival, and again after a cleaning, no towels. The beach is right outside the property, however the entrance is at the other end.
