I didnt like the fact the room i booked from Expedia was actually a privately owned room. Which in turn didnt give me any hotel amenities such as clean towels, bedding, little shampoo bottles, soap, etc. I was told i could go do laundry in the onsite laundry room 🙄. Extremely disappointed this was not disclosed prior to being on site and in need. In addition the bed spread had small amounts of mold on it so it got folded up and not used. Along with a family of roaches living under the hot plate on the counter next to the sink. I spent very minimal time in my room because Jamaica is beautiful. However the stay at the sand castle left much to be desired, i will not be staying there again.
