My family and I (Mom, my son & myself ) stayed while in Jamaica for a funeral. Our accommodations were pleasant and highest mention to the Manager "Mr. Oliver R." as well as one of the Front Desk Personnel "Racquel" who went over & above to meet our needs. Food was adequate & had variety for our brief stay. Staff in general were Excellent. My only discontent was with the attitude of one front desk staff who worked in Raquel 's absence, she was unprofessional. My high point related to the fact that after paying for my mom to stay for 1 wk & my son & I for 2 days, my mom never stayed as transportation was an issue from St. Mary where my dad was to be buried and same for my son and I the first night. Mr. Oliver was understanding and willing to help us work out a slight adjustment as we were unable to benefit from what we paid for but needed to leave our belongings there. Unfortunately, the Accounting end did not appear to share the same understanding but we truly appreciated Mr. Oliver going over & beyond. Hotel is very clean. Wi-Fi was not publicized but there is a code and it is very available in the rooms. Not equipped with stores etc. so inconvenient for phone cards, personal small purchases etc. It is off the main road for location and can be intimidating to walk late at nights to get out to the main. Taxi's do not come in but if you are out in the town they will turn off to drop you there. Neatly tucked away from the hustle & bustle. Highly recommended & will stay again

The staff is amazing. The food is just as awesome. It's the perfect place to get away and unwind with no distractions. If you're looking for a party resort or something with nightlife, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for somewhere quiet and mellow with no kids and no noise and exceptional service, it's perfect.
