"Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience."
The staff is friendly and attentive, always open to answering questions and offering suggestions as to surrounding areas where we might visit. There is easy walking access to a grocery mart, to a nearby beach, to several small eateries and take-outs, and to the lovely residential areas and panoramic views farther up the hill. The walk to the center of Ocho Rios takes 30-40 minutes, but there is much to stop and see along the way.
The hotel breakfast room is very comfortable, the breakfasts plentiful and delicious, especially the wonderful authentic Jamaican breakfasts prepared especially for the guests. The guest rooms are large, are washed and cleaned every day and are spotless. The large balconies at the front of the hotel offer relaxation to one and all, and respite during an occasional rainfall when one doesn't want to retreat to one's room. We also liked all the other hotel guests we met, and made friends with one couple with whom we also traveled around the island.

"Stay was amazing...it was vacation for me and my F"
Resort was great as well as employees, features and rooms however the food in the resort restaurants was not up to par. The food was not quality and didn't match the style of Jamaica or the resort. If quality food can be served the resort would be 5 star but because of the food quality we rate it a 2.

Great honeymoon! Staff is amazing and service is better than you'll be expecting. The staff will learn your name because there are only 150 rooms. We were there for 6 days and everyone we talked to had been to at least 4 all inclusive resorts and said it was their favorite by far! We even had a staff member take us on an excursion on his day off. The worst part of the trip was when my wife's diamond fell out of her engagement ring and was lost but the resort jumped on it and did everything they could to help find it. The only negative thing we can say is we thought we were getting a remodeled room, which is what was advertised, and ours wasn't. It's not that ours wasn't nice they are just about 5 years outdated, especially compared to the new design. But the staff is AMAZINGLY and by far the nicest people you will come across! You won't pass a single staff members that doesn't speak to you and ask how you're doing or saying hello.

My family and I had such an amazing experience at Hermosa Cove. It was like a private getaway. The Villa we stayed in was decorated, beautifully and very clean. The gardens and landscaping were spectacular. We couldn't help but relax. There was plenty of stuff for the kids to do as well. snorkeling, kayaking right, bird watching and more. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The food was delicious. We can't stop talking about how wonderful our trip was and can't wait to visit again.

The staff is amazing. The food is just as awesome. It's the perfect place to get away and unwind with no distractions. If you're looking for a party resort or something with nightlife, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for somewhere quiet and mellow with no kids and no noise and exceptional service, it's perfect.
