"Nice hotel, convenient for visit to Odaiba"
Spent two nights here at the end of our 10-day trip to Japan - figured our teenage girls would enjoy ending the trip with time in the commercial, leisure area of Odaiba. The hotel was within an 8-10 min walk from the Kokusai-tenjijo train station. Check-in was very quick (perhaps the result of our having prepaid online) with desk staff that understood English. The staff/service was excellent and attentive. For example: At check-in, my wife asked how early airport check-in was needed at Narita for international flights. The clerk quickly answered 2 hours, apparently off the top of her head. About 20 min later, she called us in our room to say that she confirmed the answer to our question and that indeed 2 hours was sufficient - completely unnecessary, but welcome.
The rooms were clean and modern, and we welcomed the electric foot massager in each of our rooms. The rooms were typically small (by US standards), which makes it understandable why, like everywhere else we stayed in Japan, we found it impossible to get a single hotel room for the 4 of us (wife, 2 teenagers and me; we had to rent 2 rooms). We did not use the restaurants in the hotel
The hotel was about a 15-20 min walk from the main attractions of Odaiba (Venus Fort, the Sky Wheel, Diver City, Aqua City, Fuji TV Building, etc), but once there...plenty of food and shopping. There are hotels closer to these (for example, Hotel Nikko).
If Odaiba is your destination, then the hotel is fine and worked well for us.
