Convenient and close walk from the train station. The overall look of the outside and lobby was very nice but the room needed some repair and update.

Charming stylish Hotel
Charming hotel with baroque style lounges and meeting rooms. Self serve breakfast was very good. Rooms are a bit dated but functional. They are keen that guests observe eco friendly rules which is refreshing.

It was a nice hotel, friendly staff. We had a big room. There was a bit of a smell to it, not sure what it was from. There also appears to be some mold in the bathroom around the shower/bath. The bed was very comfortable. It worked well for our one night in town.

Satisfies the basics
I travel to Denmark a lot for work and stay in Odense as there is a lot to do when not working. This hotel is convenient for the location and satisfies some basic needs but it ultimately stops there. It hasn’t had renovation for a long time and some things which you could consider essential are missing, e.g. iron in bedrooms and more supportive mattresses.

I was surprised by the condition of the hotel - it was much older than I thought, and the facilities were dull and worn. The ‘free afternoon snacks’ were not worth a 7.8 star rating... The location was convenient. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice location, modest room.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the train station and the city centre is a few minutes walk away. I think the breakfast was great and the staff were polite and helpful. The lobby area is nice. The room was very modest and outdated. The pillows were not very comfortable. The carpet and the bed spread didn't look particularly clean due to their age. The gym was quite basic.

Great stay in Odense
Great stay at the Milling Plaza Hotel. It is a beautiful older building. The rooms were on the small size but very functional. No AC, so some nights were warm. Location was excellent, across the street from the train station and within walking distance to all major attractions. Daily free breakfast was wonderful with eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, jams and cheese. Complimentary juice, water, coffee and hot chocolate.

Great Friendly Hotel
It started with three family members, we were joined by a Danish nephew/cousin, we ordered drinks and they made delicious sandwiches especially for us. Soon, the other dozen or so American family members arrived. We took over the lobby, later they asked us to move into a more private room, as two more Danish relatives arrived, and they needed the chairs in other parts of the lobby. Incidentally the rooms were adequate, shower good, once one masters the controls - PHD in engineering required!

Business trip to Odense
Hotel is ideally suited when travelling to Odense by train and also close to the city centre. The hotel is quite old and the rooms although spotlessly clean showed signs of that age. Upon saying that it was ideal for a couple of nights stay.

Not as expected
The hotel was lovely except for entrance stairs. We booked this property as description on website said it had laundry facilities as well as a laundry service and an elevator. It does not have laundry facilities and yes it does have an elevator but there are stairs to negotiate at the entry and also in hallway. There was nowhere to put your clothes in the bathroom when showering. The room itself was large and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Restaurant MEAL was excellent

Great location, spacious room and bathroom, both very clean and comfortable. Pleasant lobby and dining room with very decent buffet breakfast included in price. Room key (actual key) was problematic with sticky door lock - suggest they need to be updated to electronic system. Otherwise I liked it there and would stay there again.

The room is small bed not comfortable to sleep in and too small for 2 person. No bathmat so we have to used the towel for bathmat. The moment you walk in the room a distinctive smell but the location was excellent closed to the central train station.

A lovely hotel close to the station and within easy reach of shopping bars and restaurants. The free snacks and hot drinks provided in the afternoon were a much needed boost after a long days travelling. Bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was lovely. I really enjoyed my stay and happily would stay here again!
