Trip to Odessa.
Hi there!!! The room was cold because no one was working on the heat switching mode to repaired so nobody appeared to repair it, could have given the other room but it was not suggested to me. And in general it was nice and comfortable.

The only thing I liked was food. everything else was terrible, staff is not trained properly, room is tiny and set without any idea of customer's needs
