They didnt have the room i reserved and paid for. When i contacted Expedia to cancel resetvation and give me a refund to go somewhere else they told me after 30 minutes of waiting that they were not able to reach the hotel. The desk man was in frony of me whole time and phone never rang. I was forced to check in to another room and had to oay more money. Then the room they put me in the fridge didnt work, tv didnt work, toilet broke, no towels, no soap, no trashcans, and dead bugs in bathtub. When i complained of all these things they called me a troublemaker and that i complain about everything. I will never use Expedia again for not resolving this situation and causing a horrible experirnce.

We arrived and we got a previous used room, I was helped right away tho, it was scary staying there. The back lids of the cards to open door were opened up, like any could just open it. The room smelled horrible like mold. We weren’t even provide with a remote.

1st room was unlocked, maintenence room, light switch didn't work. Went back to desk, told about room. Got 2nd room. No hinge on top of door. Door had to be hit with hip to get to close. There was a t-shirt wrapped around the emergency fire light. Won't be returning.

Water damage
The room is outdated, but that was ok. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean. The shower pressure was nice and strong. We asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. My husband has bad allergies and they started up after our stay. The worst thing was the leak stains on the ceiling that are starting to mold and the wall paper falling off the wall in the bathroom. The iron didn’t work and the blow dryer barely worked. I asked for another iron, that never was replaced, resulting in having to wear something else. The blow dryer sparked when I tried to use it. Some repairs such as replacing the bathroom mirror are visible, but it looks tacky. We understand a no frill or thrills simple motel, but repairs really need to be done. Pictures on the website don’t look like the room we stayed in, either.

It was disgusting!!! Broken lamps, broken window blinds holes in the walls & heater did not work.
