We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. ”

“A spectacular stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The &Tales hotel has excellent décor. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very varied, with fresh, local produce. The custard tarts and homemade cake are irresistible. The location was convenient, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, including the castle. Easy parking in front of the hotel. I recommend it. Oh, I forgot to mention... they accept pets See you soon”

There was even a hanger to put on the balcony to dry our clothes. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and everything was close by. ”
