Good location and great value
Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast, high quality linens, comfortable bed, easy check in and out. Good location, short walk to train station and easy walk to centre. Quiet area at night, felt safe. Would return.

The hotel was fine, but I forgot some things in the room which were never "recovered," meaning that whomever entered the room after I left, decided to keep my stuff. I was very disappointed with that. If you are sure you won't forget stuff, it's a fine place.

We are very sorry that your shoes can no longer be found after your departure.Lost property from hotel rooms is registered and stored by our housekeeping. When guests report forgotten items to us, we check whether they are in our lost and found book.In your case, we checked several times and asked our housekeeper whether there was any lost property in your room. But this was not the case.Our cleaning staff have been working in our hotel for several years. We have great confidence in them, as there have never been any incidents of missing items that were proven to still be in the room.We are very sorry that your shoes can no longer be found. However, we have no evidence that they were removed from your room after your departure.We hope that despite this unfortunate incident, we can still provide you with enjoyable experiences during your next stay with us. Nice hotel One major issue. Construction work everywhere! Water is off during the day. Wish they would have said something before going to the bathroom! Also, no onsite parking. None. Down the street you can go to a parking garage.

Good location for railway station and city centre, unfortunately covered in scaffolding and builders started drilling at 7.30am!!! Room very basic & tired looking, safe didn’t work and although we were provided with a kettle, there was no water, tea/coffee, milk provided when we asked at reception, told our room rate didn’t include it, so be warned what we consider to be provided as standard in U.K. is certainly not in Germany.

The entire area around the hotel is under construction. Nearly impossible to navigate because roads are randomly closed, just one-way, reopened/closed again. Very confusing. Eventually found the parking garage and everything was great from there!

REception was very friendly, room spacious and nice, but bathroom could get a refurbishment. at night we could hear noise from the street. All in all good value for money

We liked the space we had for 3 adults in the family room - exactly as advertised in the photos. Housekeeping was excellent in cleaning the room. Staff are friendly & efficient. There was also a useful large elevator. Proximal to the train station and a convenient walk to the old town.

Friendly and attentive personnel, which welcomes you to the property. If you are booking single room, most possibly you will get a single room with tiny bed and smaller room. Hotel has a great location, but it is a little bit outdated, even there were refreshed some of amenities. breakfast was fine, but nothing exciting.

The hotel is very near the train station. Which was convenient for us. It is old but well cared for. Couple in the next room argued very loudly off & on all night. Could hear outside noise as well even though we were on the 6th floor. Breakfast was an extra 12 Euro and was very good.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel for my overnight business stays in Mainz. Breakfast is good, there are some nice restaurants close by - even the downtown center of Mainz is a reasonable walk - and the train station is only 3 minutes plus 18 minutes to the airport.

I stay here once or twice a year on trips to Germany because Mainz is a nice stop on the way to or from Frankfurt airport, which is easily reachable by local train. The Adveena Europa is easy walking distance from the train station (even with luggage) and also an easy walk to downtown. It is always clean, the service is good, and the breakfast is top notch. The hotel is becoming a bit dated, although I did notice this time that they had replaced the carpets in the hallway. There is really nothing romantic about it, but it remains a good option for a quick, convenient stay in this lovely city.

Simple and clean near the train station
Clean and quiet two blocks from the train station in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Good breakfast with eggs and sausage. I had a single room, which was small but comfortable in good repair.
