The self check in process is so tedious - many of the questions could have been completed at booking time, not standing in an entrance lobby carrying bags eager to get to a room for a rest! Otherwise a very pleasant hotel offering good value.

Good Economy Stay
Easy to get to, location was a short walk from the train station (12 mins). Room was very clean, possibly newly remodeled or just well maintained. Area more industrial and more for a business person or someone just looking for an economy place to stay. Not a main tourist area. Service member I saw we nice and friendly.

I booked through Expedia and when i got to the hotel i was told they do not have my reservation and that the hotel is fully booked. I arrived after about 30 min of having booked and then waited in their lobby for another 30 min. The reception sent me to another hotel in the area where i had to PAY AGAIN. I expect full reimbursement from my billing at the Economy hotel.

Very good value
If you need to stopover for a night near Ulm, you're unlikely to find a better deal than this. Situated at the roadside in an out-of-town shopping centre, the hotel is nevertheless quiet, stylish, clean, efficiently run - and cheap.
