They have a bistro that we went to for a nightcap. The bartender was very inexperienced and very slow. We were the only patrons and it took almost 30 minutes to get two drinks and 2 cookies.My companion ordered a whiskey shot with a water back and his drink arrived in one glass with the water and whiskey mixed together. My drink was also incorrect. The morning front desk clerk was not the typical Marriott employee. She never greeted us or acknowledged our presence in any way. The facility is gorgeous but the employees could use some better training.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for me, especially the staff who made you feel comfortable. The only thing that I dislike was the inclement weather but that’s a given fact because it’s Utah. Other than that we made it to our destinations and back to the warmth of my hotel room.

Staff pleasant, hot tub was miserable
Bed was comfortable and the room layout was nice. Staff were pleasant. The hot tub jets were not strong and the water was luke warm at best. The amount of chlorine was unhealthy, my sinuses and lungs were burning into the next morning so I would not recommend if you are looking for a good hot tub.

Honestly the hotel itself is nice but our room was really gross. Pictures are included. I'm pretty sure that's mold on those walls. The staff was so so.

Horrible breakfast
The room was great, but they didn't know that we had signed up for breakfast. The breakfast selections were terrible and for $35 worth I was only able to get 1 selection so I got a fruit bowl and milk. My husband ordered a breakfast burrito. His was very big and my small bowl of fruit was disappointing. They didn't have pancakes or waffles and 1 bowl of cereal would have been my selection. We won't go there again and we will tell everyone we know about it.

Did not clean room on 2nd day, no continental breakfast or even coffee in lobby. Had Starbucks in lobby, not so good for those who don’t drink coffee plus ridiculously priced. Machine to preboard flight broken, front desk had no idea how to help. No ice machine on floor(2nd). No pen or writing pad in room

Good place. I just didn’t care for the room they gave me. Tv and sound didn’t match. And was a connecting room which I don’t like and also a handicapped accessible room which I’m glad they offer but prefer a regular shower etc. minor things. Place was clean and decent staff nice

We paid more for this hotel thinking it would be nicer, but it was old, smelled bad and generally weird. The set up, the decor, the lighting was all strange and the pool smelled so strong in the lobby that at times we would gag when entering. The people were friendly and it was mostly clean, but not a comfortable environment at all.

I did email the other day we had an issue with our TV not working glitching out so because we don’t have rewards or anything they said they might come and skate and refund us a little bit. The A/C in the room was horrid! It didn't work! We left it on 60 all day came back and our room was 90*! The pool was cold but the hot tub was hot! Yet the pool room has NO ventilation and it's miserably hot in there! Staff was fantastic and kind!

Courtyard is a good consistent property - clean, effective, accessible. Though I appreciate their use of florescent lighting to save energy, please consider upping the lumins - I had to turn on every light in the room for decent amount of light.
