Nice quiet get away place

The wife and I booked this hotel to take a small vacation from our kids and other responsibilities. Room was very comfortable and clean. It was like a nice master suite minus the the kids. Only negative was the key cards did not work very well but that is a very minor thing.

very nice and clean hotel

Very clean and good location. Tons of restaurants or shopping center nearby. It's close to a relatively busy street but quite at night. Hotel staff were very nice too. The breakfast was not buffet style which took longer time to order and prepare. If you are in hurry or in big group, you may want to get breakfast somewhere else.

Pros: Location
Cons: Truth in advertising: it would have been nice if their advertised rate included taxes/fees. These added up to almost 10% more than Expedia listings.

I liked the hotel's location and the room itself was nice. Here are the things that disappointed me: They advertise that they have breakfast but it isn't like most hotels. In other locations when they say that they have breakfast, it's free. Yes, you could BUY an over-priced breakfast, but if I'm paying, I'm heading to a real restaurant where I can get whatever I want. And I asked them 3 times to fix the TV in my room (Once the night front desk guy came up to try -- bless him) but they could never get it fixed. It would have been nice had they switched it out or given me a discount on my room.

Had a great experience.

Pros: Comfortable, spacious room. Professional staff. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Slight musty smell in room.
Location: "Suburb" of Salt Lake City. Plenty of shopping. Close to other towns like Ogden and Park City. Pretty landscape with hiking trails.
We were in town for 4 days visiting family in July. This Courtyard was perfect for our needs. Except for a mild smell in the room (which I believe most hotel rooms tend to have) the facilities were clean, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Meals are offered at a price. The breakfast food was tasty. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers either in walking distance or a short drive away. It is close to Ogden and Salt Lake City. Overall, great experience. I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Completely inaccurate description by Hotels.com

Hotels.com advertised this as a room with a king bed and a pull-out couch. That was absolutely untrue. There were no rooms available with pull-out couches, so we were stuck with changing to a room with 2 queens and no couch. Not comfortable for 3 adults. I'm not very happy with Hotels.com for showing that availability. I've been burned buy Hotels.com one too many times. I'm done with them.
