Half the outlets didn’t work, kitchenette sink didn’t work, bathroom shower valve was noisy and would make a banging noise heard throughout the whole room at certain temps, beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Over half the parking area has been closed off due to construction. If I would have known that I would have booked a different hotel. Didn’t feel safe walking long distances in the dark.

The alarm was kept going off at night and early morning. room next tot he pool, very noisy.

Property was close to my training sight. Construction was sopposed to be completed by 8pm and ther e was a compressor running below my room all night. Front desk said nothing could be done.

Noisy!
Noisy, room shared common wall with elevator and ice machine, which made noise all night long. Room also overlooked I-15 off ramp also very noisy!

The staff and breakfast were excellent. The building is being improved and will be nice soon. The area around the hotel has limited options for dining or entertainment. Overall, good place for the price. Met expectations.

I was put in a bedroom by the interstate. It was so noisy all night long. The room next door also made a weird noise from 2:00 am to 6:00 am. The first night. The shades were hard to figure out. I almost went into the elevator that wasn’t working the first night if the night receptionist didn’t catch me before I went in.

Suprised this was a holiday inn wxpress and was located in a dumpy part of town next to motel 6, super 8 and pretty much a trucker and train. Only slept 3 hours and got out of there...

Very nice Hotel. I am glad they will be updating it. The furniture was clean but worn and old. My mattress needed to be replaced but the pillows were great.

The girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out. They had a place to put my bike to keep it safe. Was very helpful with directions. Just very kind overall.

Stay was good, room was convenient. Only negative part of stay was very limited parking and the futon mattress is very thin and was extreme uncomfortable. I would not recommend using them as an extra bed. I did ask for extra comforters and that made it slightly better.

After driving almost 10 hours to our hotel. We are notified upon arrival that tv’s are not working They asked if we wanted to check across the street at comfort in. Just drove 10 hours. Want to unload and relax not go find another room. Power outage was yesterday. Holiday Inn can’t contact cable company to repair cable connection on a Tuesday
