Very challenged on this review. To start off, when we arrived we waited about 10 minutes for someone to check us in. We head to our assigned room. There was a DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging on the door. RED FLAG, I tried the key and it opened right up to find that the room was already occupied.
Ok back to the front desk I go, to ask for a different room. Clerk did offer an upgrade to a suite for the inconvenience but as we needed 2 beds that didn't really work for us.
So off to the next room. We unload everyone and everything to go to the second floor. An elevator!!! Oh yeah we're in luck, only to have the elevator be very jerky and sound like it was about to drop at any moment.
Go to the room and the keys won't work. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! So back to the front desk I head again, this time with 3 kids in tow. So the clerk reprograms my keys. At this point it has taken almost an hour since we arriving to get into our room.
Tried to turn on a light, as it is now dark, and nothing. Make our way into the room to find another light switch, only to find out that there are no bulbs in half of the fixtures. Overall you get what you pay for in this case.
