Another fantastic and memorable stay
Another fantastic & memorable stay was experienced by all who joined our annual family Christmas celebration at 52A-B Main Street. The indoor living quarters – spacious spotless and fully stocked – are complemented by the homes’ central location and lovely outdoor living spaces – allowing individuals or groups to easily walk to the Short Sands Beach/ playground or gather around the cozy backyard fire pit. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in York. Thanks again Pam and Mike!

Family Thanksgiving Retreat
Our family is spread out between Canada and the U.S. This was the perfect property for our group of 9. The location was amazing. We walked to the beach three times a day. It was our home away from home and very cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this for family and friends.

Family Reunion!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures are exactly how we found the house to be. We have rented many properties over the years and this house would be rated on top of our list. It was stocked with all supplies (paper towels, detergent, dishwasher soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags) that you usually need to supply. The location was perfect for our fall vacation. We truly enjoyed the beauty of Maine. We even drove to Acadia National Park! The beach is a short walk from the house. The girls even fit in a stop at the close outlet mall in Kittery! We would definitely recommend renting this property.

Great girls weekend trip
We had a really great time staying at this beautiful home. It was clean and set up perfectly for a large group of people. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds were comfy. Plenty of towels and linens and many amenities. We will look at staying here again in the future.

Perfect Location / Lots of Space!
Our second time here for a reason. Great location, quick walk to Short Sands and downtown! So much room and brand new condition. We had 2 families each with 2 kids and had plenty of room. Literally everything you need is here!

We are a group of HS Classmates (Class of '64) and we have been gathering yearly for 27 years. This place gives us the space we need to enjoy our time together. It is a short walk to the beach and to the downtown.

Amazing rental!
This rental property was beautiful! So clean, so spacious, so home-like and so uplifting. The colors of the rooms and how all the pictures and details coordinated with eachother was so inviting. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We all had the privacy we needed. It was close to the little shops and the beach. There was not one negative experience! We got to meet the owner of the property and he was so incredibly welcoming and nice. There was a very bad storm that knocked out the power when we arrived and we chatted back and forth until everything was back in order. He was very responsive and very interested in our comfort at the house. I'd love to rent this for my family someday! We absolutely loved this property!
