Very close to Takegawara Onsen and Beppu Station! In house public onsen was good (L1 and L2 onsen swaps genders in the morning and evening allowing guests to experience both available onsens).

We enjoyed our two night stays. It was an old property but it was clean and the oldness was one of the charms in the hot spring area. There were private hot spring rooms and my daughter who was shy in the public bathroom and I extremely enjoyed. Plus the stuff at front desk and at the breakfast were very friendly.

Little Inn at thr Alley in Beppu

Nice small inn at the alley of Beppu. Nearby station ten minutes walk, and two more malls nearby. Lots of restaurant around although might not be open during weekdays.

A homey Ryokan within the downtown Beppu

A quaint little Ryokan in the heart of Beppu! No matter the package plan you made, please do try the Kashikiri (private) onsen! Staffs are friendly and can understand English! All in all 5 stars!

Great Ryokan, no showers

It was a great little ryokan. Only annoying part was despite the fact it was a modernized Ryokan, they had no privaye showers, just a public bath with no private showers. You can book a private hot spring for 800 yen, it was on sale for 500. Very nice hot spring, but i wish the had private showers

Good location near airport shuttle and beppu station. Onsen small. Laundry room two wash two dryer very handy. Manga lounge chair very comfortable. Good value. No bicycle rental available even though website says so.

We can’t thank the staff enough for their outstanding care during our stay! My husband sprained his ankle, and they went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and well taken care of. From providing ice packs and extra pillows for support to assisting us with finding local medical care, their kindness and hospitality were truly remarkable. Every interaction with the staffs was met with genuine empathy and a willingness to help. This level of service made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. We highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.

Quaint ryokan, friendly staff.

Quaint ryokan. Spacious family tatami room for 4. 2 raised sleeping areas. Bathroom has 2 sinks which was really convenient. At first I was worried about noise as the room is right next to reception but there was an inner door so we didn’t hear anything at all. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient with mainly fish and vegetables. Tables were pre-assigned and were already set whenever we arrive in the morning; so we got seated right away and the food were quickly brought out. Staff uncles and aunties at reception and dining room were friendly and helpful. Parking spaces very limited but we were directed to park at the lot right beside the hotel and it cost the same. A few minutes walk to the youme mall which is open till quite late. There is a laundry room for which you pay a small fee per stay to use. We enjoyed our stay.

半年以上前に予約していたのでかなりお安く利用させていただきました TOJIルームだったのですが、窓がなく外の明かりが入らないのでなんとなく窮屈な印象を受けました あとテレビの設置場所がめっちゃ微妙 それ以外は特に不満もなく、スタッフのホスピタリティも高くゆったりと過ごせました ワーケーション中のミーティング時に利用できる防音の個室があったらといいなと思いました

シェアハウスの一部屋を借りたかの様な部屋でした。窓っぽい障子の作りではありましたが、外が見える様な窓はなく、一軒家で言うところのサービスルーム的な部屋で、冷蔵庫も、トイレも、洗面所も全部外にあり、利用するには誰かにあっても良い服装で、常に居ないといけない感じでした。こちらから色々尋ねなければ情報は得られませんでした。慣れたら良いのかもしれませんが、初めて女性1人で泊まるにはハードルが高いかもしれません。前もってこう言う部屋だと知っておきたかったです。温泉は良かったですが、誰でも入って来れそうでちょっと不安でした。階数や人数によってタイプが色々あったみたいです。

部屋は１０２号室でした。MAX7、8人は泊まれると思う部屋。間接照明が良い！部屋を出て、目の前に無料のランドリーがある！部屋にはトイレが１つしかないが、部屋を出ればまたトイレがある！部屋のお風呂はシャワーのみだが、水圧が強くて良い！あと上から沢山降ってくるシャワーもあるのでとても良い！トイレも広い！畳２枚分はある！部屋には押し入れがあるが押し入れの中でも寝れる設計になってるっぽい。何故かと言うと、押し入れの中もハシゴがあり間接照明があるから。 自分の中でマイナス点は、綿棒がなかったことだけかな。 朝食も美味しかった！小鉢が沢山あった！けど子供は食べれる物が少ないと思うので、高校生以下は子供用のご飯がいいと思う！ スタッフさんも外国の方がいたが、とても親切でした⭐︎また泊まりたいと思う！ありがとうございました😊

三度目の滞在でしたが今回は隣室客の騒音、態度でとても不快なりました。 ドアの開閉もわざとなのか部屋が振動するような勢い。嫌がらせなのか度々飛び起きることも多かったです。 今までは感じた事はありませんでしたがドアの消音対策をお願いしたいと思います。 ホールで仕事をされていましたが昼間の時間帯なのに我が物顔で静かにしろと… 普通にすごしているので個人が部屋で過ごすべきではないでしょうか？それからは恐怖でホールには出れませんでした。 今回は変な人の隣でとても不快でした。
