Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. ”

We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well……

“The comfiness of the bed made it worth the money!!!! It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Please make sure ALL the instructions load before you show up: we didn’t make it in till dark and I had no idea there it’s a gated community…I had to bother the sweet staff to try to get the code bc I just got a white screen when trying to pull up info.
