“Was a very nice large area, the apartment itself could use a bit of work on the paint and slight damage but not a major concern at all for just staying a night. Overall, nice property that was good for the price and works well for a couple nights. The owner was also very friendly and easy to communicate with which is always appreciated. ”

The hosts Tracey and Alphonse bent over backwards to accommodate us at every turn. Can’t give a higher recommendation than five stars but I would if I could. ”

“Condo was perfect for us, clean, and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to property and good communication with the host. Our only wish was that we had more silverware, glasses, and dishes, as those items were very limited. Would stay here again. ”

“We spent 2 months in this lovely apartment. We especially appreciated the open, light-filled space, the quick access to the rooftop terrace, and the washer + dryer. Internet speed was good even with simultaneous video meetings. Communication was easy with the owner and he quickly took care of a couple requests we had. The nice park just across the street is great for walking. There's a convenience store across the street for basic groceries and several grocery stores within a 10 min drive....

“We enjoyed the property during our stay in Montreal. The host was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. It’s a clean and cozy flat.”

“The place looked ransacked with holes in bathrooms, broken cots and broken drawers. Bathrooms did not have a holder, mat and other essentials. The place says sleeps 7, but the 5th kid in our family had to manage with a bed on the floor as 2 spare cots were broken. Our stay was for 4 nights and the price was very steep for the amneties that were provided.”
