Almost missed flight asked for wake up call with follow up call did not get them . We had to make a mad rush to airport and just made it. We have stayed here before but this was not a good experience.

Cons: Restaurant service needs to improve, I am sure it was just because it has on recently opened. The front desk needs to fix their computer and wifi
Location: Right by the water front lots of restaurants and nice walks
The hotel has just completed some major renovations. The restaurant have been revitalized and is very nice. As it is only recently finished the service and process seemed to be a little so and not always refined. The front desk were going thro some technical issues with their competitors systems which made checking in and out painfully slow. The staff were very apologetic and polite. All the pool services were excellent. The wi-if service was just about useless

Fantastisch gelegen hotel aan een park en meer

Pros: De fantastische ligging en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel
Cons: Niets
Location: Omgeving is vergelijkbaar met noord Italië - Comomeer. Overig zie hiervoor.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel, geweldige kamer. We moesten door andere gasten erg lang wachten met inchecken. Als compensatie kregen we een upgrade naar een tweekamer suite. Die was heel groot en top. Het hotel zelf serveert geweldig ontbijt en diner in leuke ontspannen ambiance. Veel extra voorzieningen in het hotel. Leuke stad. Omgeving fantastisch om te hiken en fietsen. Twee nachten verbleven maar hadden er twee meer mogen zijn. Parkeervoorziening goed geregeld.

Very nice and close to all amenities. Hotel was clean and very well run. staff were excellent. Only downfall is they charge you $20 a day for parking!

Pros: Location - on lake
Cons: Service, atleast staff could try to accommodate customer need, if I made a booking does not matter wherever I made it, they should provide me with it.
Location: Boating, Walking on Boadwalk.
I booked a room with a view and apparently the view they gave me was of parking lot, when asked they mentioned since I booked through expedia I was given wrong information through expedia.. Had shower leakage, asked the service to come and fix it, they came and tried to fix it but no use, it was leaking still and sprinkling water everywhere. Requested for a tub in room for 2 years old baby, not provided. Overall disappointed. They never gave bathing soap only shampoo in room.

Dissapointed

Pros: Location
The Grand is a higher end hotel in Kelowna. The location is amazing. But for almost $400 a night I expected more. Our room had a very noisy AC system that was the type that is wall mounted. Not a central system at all. So loud it would wake us at night. We never did get coffee for the machine in our room despite requesting it. The shower head sprayed water all over. The first morning we were ther we had breakfast in the restaurant it took almost 90 minutes. The service was not that wonderful and when we got our food it was cold. These may seem like minor complaints but after spending over $2000 for two rooms I must say I am dissapointed

Was in the Kelowna for meetings. Great resort on the lake. Great location. Staff were excellent. My only issue was that the internet was very very slow.

Pros: Freshness of the hotel. Location. Its people. and its facilities and food.
Location: All the best restaurants and entertainment in town are all within 10 mins walk away from the hotel.
This is a resort operated by Marriott right now. It has been newly renovated. It is centrally located downtown where everything is. All the best restaurants and entertainment venus are within walking distance. Staffs are very friendly, very helpful, and can give you all kinds of great advices on vineyard tour, and restaurant, etc. It has a new restaurant as well called Oak + Cru. It offers great food in very contemporary style, and a great ambience that reflect the host city. It has a wine bar that offers board range of locally produced vintages. This property checks all the boxes no matter for personal or business, and for wine lovers.
