This has been a birthday special time for me on several occasions. This time when I checked in the lovely young lady Bernice made our stay extra special. When checking in she wished me a lovely stay and i said it already was because it was my birthday. A few minutes after we got in our room Bernice knocked on our door with a lovely birthday dessert and a bottle of wine <3 <3

The fire alarm went off at 6:30 am. Then about a half an hour later a person comes on the loud speaker to say it was a flase alarm. Then 10 minutes later again to say it was a false alarm. I spent $300 for 4 hours of sleep.

Easy and friendly check in. The room was very nice. Bathroom was also nice. We had a corner suite which gave us a view of the lake and the ice rink. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there was many options in the area. Pillows were overstuffed for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up buying a flatter pillow. They did offer us a feather pillow but it was very large as well. All and all, we loved there.

Not much service in the restaurant but maybe they were short staffed.

Room was right outside construction, right out our view for entire day and naught, no valet but managed to get valet.
I asked front desk and they said you booked thru Expedia so u get our lower rated rooms I said what everyone uses Expedia.
Also I booked and paid for a king and we received a queen and they said that’s the room you get when u book with Expedia
Been a long time since we have been there and now we remember why.

Room was in North Tower and over driveway. Lights from driveway were very bright in the room. No way to block them with the curtains, very poor design for a Hotel Room. Message indicator on phone was constantly on for entire stay, despite three trips to front desk asking it to be turned off. Also three calls to guest services with no luck. Overall the experience was sub par for a Hotel of this caliber.

Great hotel right on Okanagan Lake. Nice rooms with a comfy bed. Close walking distance to the theatre, restaurants, path along the beach and pubs. Nice restaurant on site. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
