Would be 5 stars as nice staff and nice hot tub jets and clean and a nice breakfast but the bed was quite hard and firm. Was a bit hard on my back. Tv too was a good size and in high def. Overall though...thanks! (:

Only feedback is the Exercise Room was not ventilated very well and the temperature was not regulated in there - it had a thermostat and a heating/cooling unit, but, they did not work. It was very very warm and muggy in there. Cleaning supplies and towels were also not supplied....it looked like it may usually but it was all bare. I very much enjoyed this property otherwise; rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. The continental breakfast was excellent.

We were a family of four that stayed in one room. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Rooms were clean. Beds were nice and comfortable . Lots of parking. Breakfast had all the . usual: coffee, juices, fruits, baked goods and some warm dishes. Cons: some mold in the bathtub that could easily be cleaned. We wiill come back if in the area again

Efficient service, good reasonably wholesome breakfast. Breakfast area filled regularly by staff and good choices. Beds comfortable and cleaning staff friendly.

Shower head in suite # 112 sprays out on the floor and is stiff to adjust for shorter people like my wife . Would be more economical to have a hand held shower head . Also the sink shut off valves above the fridge area drip constantly unless you pay attention and turn them very hard when you try and shut them off . Other than those two items above was very nice . Was in Vernon for a total knee replacement surgery .

Well situated in Vernon easy to access with plenty of parking. Comfortable bed and a decent breakfast with staff checking and filling as necessary - recommended for travellers.

The check in was good friendly girl at the desk. Our room was was clean and comfortable. We were not impressed with the breakfast. we filled our bowls with cereal only to be told they have NO MILK ! So we thought we would have eggs, there was only dry scraps left. only 2 sausage left and a few hashbrowns. Service was poor as no one was there to refill the dishes.

Have stayed several times at this Holiday Inn Express. Good choice for families. Was nice and quiet during our stay. Breakfasts have good variety and selection.

Things were broken in the room, the doors seemed to be squeaky, swinging open when even cracked slightly, and the headrest had chunks missing and glue exposed.
