Expedia has advertised this property completely wrong. The pictures on the website show a beautiful place but in reality it has been completely neglected and unmaintained. The building we stayed in was very old and not maintained. For example, the steps leading upstairs to our room were extremely dirty. Expedia advertised a full furnished balcony but we ended up with a very dirty balcony that you could not use. Expedia also advertised pool towels in the room but we were only given 4 regular towels for 3 nights (for 4 people), as well as NO pool towels. Expedia advertised housekeeping once during your stay but we got none. Two pools were advertised on Expedia. We found one pool but the other has clearly been closed for a long time. There was one hot tub inside that was open but it was scorching hot. Around the pool area and building was dirty (broken glass on tables, bottles, cans, and garbage left there for days). Overall this area was extremely terribly maintained. Overall, the pictures advertised on Expedia are clearly from a very long time ago. This property is in terrible shape and needs some serious maintaining. This property needs to be inspected. I would strongly not recommend this place and won’t be going back.

I refused to stay & am asking for a refund. First there was poor communication about how to find the place (& it took a while before anyone ever returned any of my messages). Then the door code did not work after many attempts. The host had to remotely unlock the door (but how can I have confidence that I can leave the room & be able to safely come back to my things if the door may not work again). Then the photos of the place were totally misrepresented (the place is a dump & is no where near the lake like as is shown in the photo). So I told the host I felt cheated & would not stay, & found another hotel nearby instead for the night. And the property also has an any infestation. Fraudulently represented, and a dump!!! And unsafe if the door code could not work. This place make Expedia look bad if you allow such tricksters to advertise on your website.

Dear customer, My HSKP has checked the door lock and it worked.Lake View is a remote view of the entire resort, which is the perimeter of the resort. My resort has three different Room types, each of which has a different description. The Studio Room only has Mountain view, but no Lake view.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! This is a time share property. The first message indicated check-in instructions being sent after the property fee and deposit had been collected. Whoever owned the property (only ever identified as”your host”) wanted credit card details sent by email message to cover a damage deposit. This was not through the hotels.com platform, but an unencrypted email message (the equivalent of sending personal info on a postcard, not a letter). We did not stay at this property, spent hours on the phone and continued to receive boilerplate responses from email address “Wonderful trip” and “your host”. If the damage deposit request had come through an encrypted platform, I wouldn’t have had an issue with it, but this weird anonymous request was full of red flags.

Beautiful, large and expansive 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Massive lakeviews with a sheltered outdoor deck. The master ensuite is huge with lovely soaker tub and shower. The instructions for location of unit within complex was poor, as there are no numbers on the buildings and no directions to the unit (which floor). We walked to both buildings to figure out which one it was and then opened the elevator door on all floors to find unit number. Strange! The email could have been more specific about these instructions. The kitchen did not provide enough glasses, dishes, cutlery for the number of people it could accommodate. There were no wine glasses yet there were 10 beer glasses. I had to run the dishwasher every day to have enough clean dishes for 3 people. The fridge froze my ceasar salad. There were 3 TVs but cable to only 1 TV in the livingroom. Do not let these comments deter you....these are great units just a little more attention to detail is in order.

Apartment was nice, the ac worked well, beds comfortable, couch was broken when we arrived and we reported it asap very uncomfortable the base was cracked down to the floor. The pots and pans were not good burnt and beat up The hill and beach are not the greatest especially the hill down to the beach and weird parking. The pool is confusing to access it. Beautiful view from the apartment.

Beautiful but Disorganized
The view and suite were excellent. Communication was fast and responsive but the number of different methods of communication and information were cumbersome and didn't always match. We were unable to locate the breakfast. It was hard to know where to check-out. Also, do bot try to book the day of your stay, as it takes a long time to wade through the booking and get the door code.

This is a great place to stay, our suite was very large. Hotel parking was down the stairs. Loved how they had a luggage caddy to bring up our things. Kitchen had everything. We had a lovely corner suite and could see both mountains and the lake

Good lakeside location but very hilly and windy road to get to it and about 20 to 25 minutes to downtown. All watwr activities had come to an end, but we were told about this. The property was run down and needs an upgrade and also the furniture is old and dated. Bed was very soft, sofa come bed too very very soft.

This property is actually terrible. Dishes were filthy the suite was dirty hairs all over bath tub. The frying pan was completely full of rust flat plate had Miley food on it. The pull out bed is like a 1980 hide a bed that is wore right out. If you book through Expedia or any other booking source you are treated second class. I was told I was getting a lake view but because I booked Expedia they gave us the worst room. When ask to move not a chance. Maintenance guy walked in suite with a wrench having altercation with neighbor. People party till 4 am. Nothing you can do after you’ve already booked. 0/10

Great place for a local get away and very cheap on the off season. Just make sure to bring snack, food and alcohol because of Covid a lot of what the place can offer is closed. And the near by town is 30 mins away.

Good for a night's sleep
The property is located a long way from West Kelowna. The drive there is slow due to the winding road, but it is beautiful. The condo I was assigned to stay in was the furthest building from any amenity. It looked aged, as if it had not been updated in aong time. The interior of the unit was spacious but also aged with stains on furniture and rug. It was very quiet, the TV worked as did the hot water so I got what I needed. If you aren't fussy, it works for a night.
