I loved this property. I did not like the horse stable at the base of the property- it’s clear the horses are not cared for many had open sores, wounds and overcrowding. Was surprised the hotel was affiliated. Otherwise wonderful experience.

We love this hotel, we try to go every year for our anniversary. Has the feeling your far away, but really just an hour drive from home. It’s unfortunate that they have allowed hockey teams to stay there. The hotel is over run with kids everywhere, up until all hours of the night. We love this hotel, the staff are great and it’s super clean. Unfortunately this time around it was not relaxing and we had to call the front desk many times to deal with the kids. Some even tried to come in our suite while we were relaxing at 8 am on the morning! We traveled with our own kids, and the staff even complimented my kids on how well behaved they were. I would definitely go again but would make sure ahead of time there were no hockey teams staying there.

The hockey teams that stay with us over 13 weeks from November - April are an important piece of our business. We do everything that we can to try and have them understand the important of appropriate behaviour when staying at the resort. We have extra staff on-hand including additional security. Sadly, not all kids (and adults) behave appropriately event with these additional measures. Please come back and try us out again. Never hesitate to reach out if I can be of service to you.

Overall very beautiful & a lovely stay. The only complaint i would have is that our bathroom was dirty. The toilet was DISGUSTING! And the bathtub was not in the cleanest condition either. Check in staff was amazing! The views were amazing as well. Overall it was a great experience, just a yucky bathroom.

The restaurant is excellent the chef does an amazing job but the hot tub needs new jets they barely work the units need laminate not carpet I felt the carpet was dirty but all in all it is a lovely place to stay just a few minor quirks for me the carpet being dirty for me is the big one the jets really didn’t bother me as much

It's a beautiful resort, with impeccable rooms. The only complaints I would have are minor eg. the gyms need upgrading and some of the rooms in the Desert complex are unacceptably noising if event is going on or being prepared for on 4th floor. The pools are great, and views amazing.
