The pictures on the website are deceiving. The curtains were unhooked and hanging down from the curtain rod. The transition strip between the tile floor and carpet wasn’t even screwed. There were stains all over the bathroom vanity top and what looked to be razor cuts. The mirror was broken and siliconed together and the bathtub had a permanent dirty ring around the drain. I had to bang on the wall of the adjacent room at 2:00 am to remind them that others might be trying to sleep. It’s what you get for under $100 a night now. Disgusting!

I shared a review, its in a perfect location. The Hotel staff is very friendly , very helpful and as its own restaurant excellent prices and tasty! The Hotel pool is open and comfertable good size rooms! Very comfertable beds. I would definitely recommend a stay or multiple stays:))))

My girlfriend and I booked a room here, ahead of time we called to make sure the hot tub was open (we only wanted to stay somewhere to use a hot tub). They told us that it was open, but upon checking in to our room, and making our way to the pool area, the hot tub was closed for maintenance. Very disappointing seeing as though I verified it was open before arriving. The room was gross, stains all over the carpet, hairs on our bed, the tv remote was covered in a greasy substance, the sink drain had disgusting hairs clogging it, the fridge leaked on the inside spoiling our food, the shower curtain rod was about to fall off. The room had no lock on the inside of the door, which made the environment feel very unsafe. Overall, the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos showed online. The pictures online represent a newly renovated room, and bathroom with a large sink. Our room had old sinks, old counters, old showers. We also had a lady in the morning banging on doors in the hallway for 10 minutes , she tried using her key card to get into our room multiple times. Very disappointing stay. I feel as though we were extremely misled with what we thought the room would look, and be like. We’ll never be staying here again. 0 stars.

Our stay was brief only 1 short night, the room was ok, it could have been cleaner, the towels appeared dingy and the shower curtain had stains on it- although the bathtub looked quite clean. The beds and linens were clean, but the room overall, carpet, curtains seemed not so much. The guests staying next door could be heard through the wall and the sliding door did not have a screen, so we felt we couldn’t have the screen door open for fresh air. It was fairly priced and the front desk workers were very nice.

Well we had pay to park our vehicle there (which previous owners never did) we were going on a bus tour and that is where we were picked up , when we came back we had a notice on our vehicle saying we hadn’t paid which we had paid and the receipt was on the the dashboard in plain view, so needless to say we were upset, and will not be catching the bus there again, or staying there!

Checked in the room, phone wasn't hooked in the right port, called front desk using my cellphone. First, he said it was just the "dial tone". I know the sound of a "dial tone", that's rather insulting. 2nd charging unit is attached to a desk but wasn't plugged in as cord was too short, maintenance guy repositioned the table but it's in an odd position, not fitting the space, reasoned that the space is for the "coming kitchenette". 3rd, the space for coming kitchenette has a transition metal for floors but screws are loose, a tripping hazard. Didn't do a good job or not done right at all! 4th, got a call 30mins prior to check out time asking me if I wanted to stay another day. It was a like fake politeness asking me when am I checking out, added insult to the injury. I used to work in a hotel as front desk, never had I called a guest 30 minutes prior check out time if wanting to extend as guests usually take the initiative. We have been staying in this hotel for so many years as it's the closest to Silverstar but like my husband said, it will be our last. The hotel is not maintained, it's being rundown by new management or owners.

Alex at the front desk was so very kind and really accommodating with any requests we had. Myself, and 3 grandchildren loved the hotel and the pool. They also lived the family room size, and generous breakfast to go. Thank you to all yhe staff working there!

We thought it was great value. We juat thought the bathroom was small, windows a bit drafty and sad that the pool and hot tub were closed. Other than that, kind service and a nice stay.

Bed was broken and couldn’t be used, “breakfast” was a paper bag of loose snacks they had laying around

Photos looked good but that was deceiving. Our room had one night stand, too few electrical outlets. Could not plug in two C-Pac machines. Light on the ONE night stand got its power from an extension cord. no place to plug in our phones to charge. Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Had issues checking in Alex upgraded us from a queen room to a king bed. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable will definitely stay again
