I have stayed here for the past 5 or 6 weeks on business. The rooms are awesome and the views and pool are fantastic. I have to say I look forward to check in the most as Winnie is great at her job and always makes you feel welcome. She remembered who I was and now calls my by name. She is very knowledgeable in the area as well. Keep up the good work. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. It also looked as though it was recently renovated. Would stay again.

Loved the floating floor. Only issue is you hear people walking above you and in the hallways. Restaurant was closed. Everything else was great!

This facility continues to wow us. The staff and the service personal are extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms are equipped with far more amenities than anywhere we’ve stayed even at a higher price point. Where else do you get a dishwasher, dishes, even a toaster? You can be self sufficient or be pampered. Who could ask for more.

This is a beautiful facility!! Great for a little family get away. Loved the heated pool and hot tubs! Our room was perfect and cozy. We would make use of the barbecues next time. Thank you!

We only stayed one night, but we LOVED the pool and hot tubs, we had a delicious dinner in the dining room, our room was clean and the kitchenette was very handy! We will be back, and we will tell friends and family about this jewel on the lake in Osoyoos!

Nice fully stocked unit for long term stay. View is great over the water and property located close to town to shop for supplies. We stayed mid week so restaurant/lounge were closed but was mid Dec. so quiet time. Pool hot tub was available and heated.
