Overall good experience, original room we were checked into was not cleaned properly. Had to be moved after unpacking and discovering some stuff left behind from the previous travellers.
I wish they had a business centre. Our room Wasn't made the 2nd day because they asked us if we needed anything. So.we just said towels but we expected them to make our room stil but it wasn't. I had to ask the front desk for toilet paper later in the day.
Loved the gas BBQ on the patio. Rooms were very spacious and tidy. For those who've prepaid, they could have a better and efficient check out process rather than waiting in line for everybody else. High recommended- one of the best stays I've had in Osooyos.
Shiraz Villa is a very nice little hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and look out over the vineyards, orchards and lake. Perfect for a romantic get away. Just outside of the town of Osoyoos, it is a short drive to many of the top vineyards. The family operating the hotel are welcoming and committed ...
It was a very relaxed and comfortable stay for our family of four. The suites provide the comfort of a home. Well maintained and clean facility. Very good location. Well recommended.
A pleasant experience all around. Great amenities, although I didn't take advantage of them much. Easy to find, a good location. And a Starbucks right across the street...what more could you ask for?
We loved every minute of our stay. Great views, great room with the convenience of being able to cook if you want too. The pool was a great way to cool off on the hot days!
I had a great experience near the beach in this hotel. The hotel was comfort, clean and had a good staff.
We spent a week at this place with our two young kids. Between the pool with a water slide and the warm lake and beach steps away from the resort grounds, our kids had a fantastic time. We hope to return. This is a very family-friendly place.
Staff really friendly, bedroom clean and comfortable, breakfast in the restaurant next door was great. Pool area was a little dated but nice to sit outside for an couple of hours.
Stayed in a 2 bed suite that was like an apartment with a fully fitted kitchen (including washing m/c & tumble drier), and a large balcony with great views across the lake and mountains. Very comfortable and quiet. Staff very helpful letting us know where to buy things locally. The hotel has its ...
We had an excellent stay. The hotel is conveniently located but not directly on the beach. Our room was spacious with a better than expected kitchen. Our only complaint was that the kitchen supplies - pots, pans, utensils - were minimal and of poor quality. Otherwise we were thrilled with our ...
It was great experience. Staff was very professional and helfull. Also it was great that bikes were provided by the hotel cuz my boys enjoyed going for bike ride and the pool. There were few choices for breakfast so that was great. I would recommend to my family and friends.
Hotel is very nice, ask for a balcony with view on the lake. The view is stunning, downtown is a 5 minute walk and the hotel is clean and pleasant. We found the staff ok, not always professional.
