The pool needs to be redone the chlorine fumes were making every person that went in their cough up a storm and eyes were burning like crazy. Also pool area could have been cleaned better. There was the same wads of hair on the ground all 3 days we were there. The breakfast was lacking as well. They were always out of something, eggs, milk and the food tasted microwaved. I have stayed at Hamptons my entire life and the breakfast has always been great but not this Hampton.

Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, good quality breakfast. Unfortunately I had to mark down the overall quality for one reason: there was a machine turning on and off every 30 seconds next to our room. We were all tucked in before noticing, and it was already late, so I decided to just stay rather than ask for a room change. We didn't get much sleep. So if you get room 123, ask to be moved elsewhere.

I didn't like paying for a suite and not having enough towels (none were in pool area either) for my family. My room sleeps 7 and theres only 5 of us. I dont like using a sofa bed and having no bedding or pillows anywhere in the room. I don't like having crushed water bottles in my closet. I dont like having to ask for all these things and then be told I can't get them because theres no one to bring them to me. I would have went anywhere else.

Room was clean, smelled fresh and beds were comfy. However, we weren’t told that the hot tub was down (which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel). Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Close to home tho and we would stay again.
