“Great experience. The property could do with a deep clean. Maybe two or three hours of going right around the house cleaning everything. This is not something visitors could reasonably be expected to do and probably only needs doing a few times a year. There are a number of fairly obvious repairs that need to be made to improve the visitor experience.
