Most of the time at hotel was spent resting or sleeping, but each time I came back to my room it was cleaned, refreshed, and even smallest details were tended to. Excellent!

Annual Okinawa trip
Fantastic location minutes away from one of the main shopping malls inoculum. Our staff are always friendly professional and willing to help cleaning service is fantastic and overall their standards are very high.

I will come back again:)
The location is very good as there is many shopping center nearby. The room is clean and the reception is very helpful even though they cannot communicate well in English. Breakfast is quite good too. Will definitely come back again.

Recommended for family with kids between 6 and 12.
I booked it 12 hours prior to check in with fair enough price for 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is great in DFS area. Room size is larger than average in Japan and quite good for us.

Likes: - room was pretty spacious (for a Japanese hotel) - the room was clean and amenities were nice - hotel staff were very nice and spoke English - conveniently located, very close to the monorail station - the San-A Naha Main Place shopping mall was nearby, many shops and restaurants - I didn't go, but if you like duty free shops, the T Galleria DFS is also very close - there are laundry machines onsite, they are easy to use Dislikes: - the only negative I could think of was that the mattress was very hard. I've slept on futons that had more padding than this mattress. - this isn't really a dislike, but the lobby is on the 9th floor of the building (the lower floors are office space), which can be confusing if you go in through the wrong entrance Overall, I liked this hotel and would probably stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel at a convenient location
Location- Very convenient! Withib 10 min walk to Omoramachi station (Yui Rail), about half an hour from Naha airport domestic departure (8 min walk from international depature). It is right across from DFS building (OTS car rental is here), and within 5 min walk to Naha Main Place, a department store that opens from 9am-11pm. Yummy food, Starbucks coffee, donuts and shops. Staffs- most of the hotel staffs speak English. They are very friendly and courteous. Upon check in, they offered us coffee/tea to take back to our room, toothbrush (if you forgot to bring yours) and toys for kids, Shesido facial mask for me. The check in staff explained everything clearly like check-out time, hotel restaurant (on the 18th floor), the laundry machines, and Lawson convenient store location...etc. Breakfast- purchased the vouchers from check-in staff. 2500 Yen for two adults (kids under 6 eat free), it’s buffet style, and offers good varieties. My tummy was happy and considered as good value! Eating out is quite expensive for my family of four, lucky my two kids are under 6 so they are free at the hotel. Room and bathroom- considered spacious in Naha. most importantly, it is very clean. I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again next time I visit Okinawa.
