The deluxe room was really nice compared to the standard, and the standard was already very nice. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

My room was clean and spacious with big bathtub and the food at the restaurant and bakery were awesome. I just noticed that there was only one lock in my room door though. Also needed to surrender the key the front desk every time I go out. Location is fantastic! I had a nice stay!

This is a wonderful hotel with the best staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful! It is also in a great location. I can’t wait to go back!

Pros and Cons 1. Location is good. It is at one end of the main shopping street, Kudosai Don, which makes it quiet but convenient. As mentioned by many other reviewers, the Mashiki station is really near. You will be spoilt for choice for food. 2. Check in and out is efficient and fast. Service is prompt but don't expect any help with your bags. Carry your own. Weird was that the Chinese restaurant required reservation even though the restaurant was empty. That was very strange and the reception had not informed us about that. It was annoying. 3. Breakfast is ok especially if you like Japanese. There is a spread but it is the same everyday. They have a take-away coffee station which is good. 4. There is a coin laundry which is good. 5. Room size is okay for 2 but when they add a bed, there is no space for anything else like bags and stuff. We upgraded to a adjoining to accommodate 3 persons. What was good was the service staff who made the effort to find the rooms. I neglected to ask for his name but he is a mature gentleman who speaks quite good English - one of the better ones. There is no view. It would be awkward keeping the curtains not drawn, there are offices/schools/etc. opposite. 6. Pictures on website are fairly representative. Overall, an ok experience. Value for money.

A neat, clean hotel with spacious rooms. Bathroom is small but that seems to be the usual for Japanese hotels; it is well-stocked with amneties. Room does not have a safe or bottled drinking water; however there was a vending machine and ice available on our floor (5th). There was a musty smell in the corridor but the rooms were ok. The breakfast buffet has a range of local Okinawan and Western food; fruit juices, roasted tea and a coffee machine. Staff were always courteous and keen to help; Google translate helped overcome language difficulties :)

Nice Hotel Orion
A clean and neat hotel. No fuss but did not leave any drinking water for guests. Its a great location esp. near the monorail and main street! Friendly and helpful staff in booking an mpv taxi for the airport.

Hotel is very close to Kokusai, shopping and eating no problem. Walking to monorail within 5 mins. Buffet breakfast with great varieties. Feel satisfy. I like the spacious lobby and the bakery shop is amazing since it's not easy to find one in the Kokusai area. Supermarket and drugstore is nearby. Highly recommend and will choose it if revisit naha.

Close to the 牧志station . 5 mins walk to book car rental : fast to complete . Hotel is easy accessible and comfort. Breakfast is more with Japanese food .

Clean and comfortable in convenient location
At the northern end of Kokusai street the hotels location is very convenient , shopping , restaurants are at the doorstep, monorail station is a 3 minute walk away. The hotel itself is a little older but the premises are well kept. Lobby staff is efficient and friendly even if their English skills are a little lacking. Rooms are good size by local standards and clean. Breakfast spread is quite good even if very busy . Overall a hassle free experience . Would stay again.

The staff is quite polite. However, no free bottle water is found in room. When I inquiry at reception, it is noted that they give the bottle water to the customer upon check in. I ask why they don't give me. They cannot give the proper answer and just say some are special. I am dissatisfied their manner.
