Nice sea bay view and clean room

Posted Dec 1, 2016
All are good, unless fees need to be paid for swimming pool usage and the breakfast buffet can be further improved.

Clean but not very convenient

Posted Nov 28, 2016 on Hotels
The hotel wasn't well known to taxi drivers despite being large. It was out of the way and a 20-30 minute walk to the main shopping area. A little supermarket was close by and a few local restaurants and convenience stores were within walking distance but the streets were dark and quite deserted at night. The hotel charged ¥1000 - ¥1500 yen to access the swimming pools (one of which was closed) and more again to use the onsen (common bath house areas). It's not a location that I would choose again.

Great location and very helpful staff

Posted Nov 9, 2016
Pros: The staff went out of their way to help us. I was visiting relatives and one relative had to stay the night so they helped us find a room for her.
Location: Great location about ten minute walk from the rail station. CheApest way to get around Naha
The room was small by western standards but extremely clean and well maintained. I was impressed by how clean it was kept.

East wing room is small. Photos of the pools are misleading.

Won't stay at again

Posted Aug 8, 2016 on Hotels
The hotel staff tried but they really don't speak any English so communication was difficult. The beds are horrible - you might as well sleep on the floor because the beds were that hard (not firm - hard as in sleeping on wood). They generally treat asain guests better than whites with giving them special treatment. The room was decent and the cleaning staff was nice but they didn't do a great job. The view of the canal is not that attractive - the hotel is surrounded by a lot of industrial looking concrete. The outdoor pool is only waist deep. I didn't pay to go in the indoor pool.

Nice hotel could be much better for the costs

Posted Aug 3, 2016
Pros: Room facilities very good.
Cons: More English labelling on goods in shops and restaurants . Not having to pay for facilities on site. Or being told to move away from poolside.
Location: Had to constantly use taxis to get anywhere mono rail very good but limited places it goes to. Much better when it's extended.
Really enjoyed the room. Restaurant closed too early also pool and other facilities closed to early. Not much assistance from staff regarding local trips or sight seeing.
