Remodeling above and on same floor. Furniture left in elevator by contractors as they worked. Hallway full of furniture. Didn't stage in empty rm. Couldnt use buggy. 3 trips to load out. Staff acted as if they were surprised. If they were on the 2nd floor, or used the elevator at all they would've noticed. Worst hotel exp in yrs. I never gripe either. That's how bad.

The room was fairly decent but couldn’t get it to cool enough and there was a damp smell in the room. Cleanex holder was coming out of the counter and hanging… walls needed to be cleaned.

Lavatory in bathroom leaked terrible, water went everywhere. Carpet had two large urine stains and smelled. They said the room wasn’t for dogs but you could smell it. The a/c was very loud, it was hard to sleep. The overall condition of the hotel was definitely not up to Wyndham standards. One reason we stayed there is Wyndham usually has higher standards.

Of the 10 hotels on our trip this one was the best. Impressive spacious lobby, modern room, great tv and quiet A/C. Breakfast had everything, cheese omelet, sausage, cereal, yogurt, toast, OK, fruit. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The new owners are trying to do ugrades slowly The pool was closed and empty The breakfast was serviceable. Rooms were tidy and clean, heavily disinfected. Staff courteous and pleasant.

Pros: It was clean. Easy access from interstate. Comfortable beds. Inexpensive. Cons: Pool was empty. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Located in tornado ally and terrifying storms come through (not really a fault of the hotel). Overall: good place to stay one night.

Spilled food in stairway was there for 24 hours. Rooms and building hasn't been updated in decades. Someone tried to steal my bike off my Jeep in the middle of the night. Right on highway.

Worse than expected
I don't know how this hotel has gotten good reviews. It was less than mediocre. I'll start with the good. The shower had excellent water pressure and the bed was firm but no dips. As for the rest, ugh. It was tired and worn and repairs look like they'd been done by the office manager instead of a professional. The paint was chipping in the shower. Paint was worn off the bathroom mirror. Sheets were clean but dingy. My window faced the highway so there was traffic noise all night long. The breakfast was less than average. No waffles, eggs were fake omelets. I won't make this mistake again.

The door handle to the room almost fell off when I places the key card in the slot. The drawer handle was hanging. Caulking in bathroom was cracked and coming off. Just smelled old and musty

The bathtub was slick with no mat to help. There was also rust from the tub overflow that had run down the inside that looked like blood. There was no counter space in the bathroom except for a cheap, scratched low bookcase type thing. All furniture was scratched and dented with most of the handles on the drawers missing. One light didn't work at all. Not enough easily accessible electric outlets nor any usb connections.

Indoor pool is nonexistent. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were terrible. Staff was great, but could only do so much. Breakfast consisted of toast, yogurt. Finally brought out eggs and sausage. Breakfast area was dirty. Shame on a hotel with the Wyndham name
