During the Youth Expo, this used to be the best place to stay. Not anymore, it is so run-down and not clean. I will not stay here anymore. Our room was not clean, the shower had mold, and the beds were hard as a rock.

Hotel was close to the fairgrounds, and the Bombay Club was happening.

hotel terror

Pros: nothing
Cons: new owners and cops
Location: outlet mall and Mcdonalds
we got to the Biltmore and had requested online non smoking. we were put in a room that was full of smoke smell coming from the vents. My son asthma starting acting up and there was a bar across from our door by the pool. I manager to change rooms. We changed rooms the drunks started knocking on our door around 1 in the morning and someone was tapping on our window though out the night. We left at 7 or 8 in the morning exhausted and driving 8 more hours that we were did not even eat Breakfast there. Their is so much drunks drugs and we saw a prostitute come out of two different apartments. I will not trust Expedia again to book thru them

Worst experience ever

First we were mislead by the pictures on the site and when we got there it was two separate customers demanding a refund for unknown reasons. We should of took heave to those signs but we proceeded to check into the room when we got to the building our room was in soon as you entered the building it smelled like animals and cigarettes we get to the room and it's the same smells and the rooms have no up to date electronics dirty sheets and blankets so we immediately went down to get a refund which we ran into problems so never visit this room unless you don't care about your comfortability or the smells

Horrible experience

Had an ok check in for a hotel that was non smoking the 1st room smelled like smoke was changed to another room where when we left to eat with family to come back to find some syringes in the room when talked to manager he denied it and stated he would upgrade with free breakfast and another surprise we got robbed too and we had our 5yr old with us so seriously the hotel is no good and I still got charged for the night with I think is inappropriate since I even had to call the cops

The heater did not work. Was very cold in room.

Was very cold. Room was clean and neet. Would have been OK if we would not have frozen to death.

Not bad. Dated interior but my room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
